Couldn’t believe my ears!

Was in just over a week ago getting some pads and was stood at the wrong desk, I was at the printers desk.
The young girl (Iga, I asked her name) was trying to tell a man with a strong African accent how to fill in the DHL form on his phone, his grasp of English was okay but not great, you could see she was starting to get really frustrated with the gent. But what made this situation worse was that English is not even her first language!!!!
You could clearly see the gent was trying his hardest but when someone is berating you it can be hard to try and get your words out, I really couldn’t believe my ears.
But on a good note, the dark haired lady at the proper till point was lovely, she even pointed out that I could get the pens I had, very similar at the till point but cheaper.

I think you are giving robin of Sherwood a run for his money ! Preying on people who overlook the fact the calendar they think they are buying is for the current year! What shitzer company sells out of date calendars ! Shame on you, not much point me sending back due to ridiculous cost of postage.

I am writing to highlight the incredible service I received from Jack. I experienced a recurring issue with an electrical adapter, but Jack’s handling of the situation was top class! Low quality filing cabinet

The filing cabinet is not of good quality. The locking system is very fragile and locks the drawers unevenly. It also arrived with bumps and indentations.

Missing printer.

I ordered a printer at Ryman Sunderland. Unfortunately the courier delivered it to an unknown address.
Catherine at Ryman Sunderland went above and beyond to resolve the problem including keeping me fully informed at each stage. I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding customer service.
She is a tremendous ambassador for Ryman.

Customer Care and Timely Response

Update: following Rymans prompt response to my previous review and care towards customers, it has strengthened my trust again. I will try Rymans again in the future. Thank you.

Just to follow up about my previous review. The quality of the prints was great even though it was not what I wanted at the time. The staff were great in store and it was same day printing and cost effective in comparison to other retailers.

No complaints at all

Occasionally used Ryman shops over the years but few months ago ordered their collect from home shredding service which went really well & this week I placed an order for home delivery of a large file (115 pages) printed & bound, within 48 hours I had it, no complaints at all, price competitive too, will be my go to for these sort of jobs in addition to purchases in store.

Print Service: Finish issues.

This is a review of their print service. I uploaded a 600dpi CMYK image to their website for printing as a flyer to be collected in-store.

I followed the instructions as per their website to prepare the file at exact A4 dimensions.

I was not satisfied with the final print, the colours poorly matched the digital files, and had been scaled, meaning the cutting guides I had build into my design were not in the right place. There were artefacts around lettering.

Staff in store where I collected (Harrow St Georges) were friendly. They ask for an hour lead time.

The first version had not been printed double-sided as I had ordered, and they reprinted a replacement right in front of me. They printed a replacement with several minutes.

The replacement suffered the same defects.

If the issues were due to file setup, the guidance did not make those requirements clear to me.

I wanted to gauge whether it was worth printing posters with them, but I am unsatisfied with the quality so shan't be using them for further projects.

Someone in their warehouse needs to pay attention!

Very poor; ordered 4 x 65 litre Really Useful storage boxes. For some reason, 6 x 35 litre boxes turned up. Not what I ordered or wanted. So couldn't put the Christmas decorations away as planned. Then they arranged to pick up the boxes that I didn't want but apparently couldn't drop off the correct ones at the same time.
That was a week ago and haven't heard about whether the packages have been received or when I will see the refund. Very disappointing.
