My first order was spot on.
Great service.
Quick and efficient
Unfortunately the courier fedex for the second order as not all arrived, still waiting on 4 boxes.
I know this is not your fault but thought I would just mention it.

Of staff are absolutely amazing, There level of customer service is outstanding they’ve been helping me with printing off documents required during my illness. Over the last year they are so paitent with me and my phone. There’s a great new lady quite petite blk hair tied back. She is especially kind friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work. Just dont bother

Bought speed comfort radiator fan from these guys, product arrived quickly.
When I opened it the plug was damaged and the fans were dirty and product was clearly used also showing some yellowing of the white plastic.

Contacted customer support asks for pictures off the product which I provided and was advised they would liase with 3rd party company.

Took 2 weeks to get a return lable, sent proof of purchase and yold again will take 2-3 days as they wait to hear back from 3rd party re my refund. Still waiting for my money back.

Shocking customer service.

Staggering levels of incompetence

If I could leave a zero I would. I have no idea how this company stay in business.
We ordered a suitcase from them. I had no idea they sold suitcases, but apparently they do. When it arrived they’d sent the wrong one.

I got in touch with them and told them this and asked them to send the correct one and pick up the incorrect one. They then advised me that the suitcase was now out of stock, so I asked for a refund. A day later they got back in touch to tell me that it was actually in stock, so they could send me the correct case after all. I asked them to confirm that they definitely had the case in stock, as it was getting quite urgent and I would need to purchase one from elsewhere if not. I was assured their system said they had it in stock.

They refused to send me the suitcase I’d actually ordered until they had the other one back. Whilst I do understand this, is was their mistake, so the correct thing to do (if a doorstep swap wasn’t an option) would be to process both concurrently and have a little faith in your customer that they actually will return the incorrectly delivered suitcase. Clearly I didn’t want that suitcase and had no issue for it (plus it was £47.99, so not exactly a fortune) Anyway, they asked me to pick a date for collection from options provided. I did. The next day they again asked me to pick a date from the options provided. I did again.

By this stage I was getting quite frustrated. I urgently needed the suitcase and couldn’t wait for them to waste days only to ask me the same question again (remember they won’t dispatch the case I actually ordered until they get this back). As a result I asked for it to be escalated to a manager.

The next day, a manager contacts me and essentially reiterates the same thing. Only they still hadn’t arranged the collection and my twice selected date is now not an option. The manager tells me the quickest option will be for me to take it to a store… why should I have to go to a store?! It was your mistake!

Anyway, I arrange a new collection date and when the case is collected I email them (as instructed) to ask them to process the despatch of my he actual case I ordered, which I’ve been assured will be expedited.

I don’t hear anything back until the next day… guess what!? They don’t have it in stock, so will be processing a refund.

The levels of incompetence are staggering.

Edit following reply - may I suggest that Ryman’s consider changing their internal policies then, so they aren’t penalising the customer further for their mistake. Also, serious staff training is definitely required given the mistakes made and that no two people seem to say the same thing.

First time to order from this company…

First time to order from this company online . I receive orders, unfortunately the box and the covers were damaged. Contacted the customer service. Shout out to the female staff being professional, efficient and she represented the company very well.
I received a replacement intact .
The product is cheaper than compared to B&Q despite its on December promotion.
It is clear and stackble . I use it not just gift wrappers but bits and pieces for the Christmas. Makes my storage clean and tidy.
A very happy costumer.

Couldn’t believe my ears!

Was in just over a week ago getting some pads and was stood at the wrong desk, I was at the printers desk.
The young girl (Iga, I asked her name) was trying to tell a man with a strong African accent how to fill in the DHL form on his phone, his grasp of English was okay but not great, you could see she was starting to get really frustrated with the gent. But what made this situation worse was that English is not even her first language!!!!
You could clearly see the gent was trying his hardest but when someone is berating you it can be hard to try and get your words out, I really couldn’t believe my ears.
But on a good note, the dark haired lady at the proper till point was lovely, she even pointed out that I could get the pens I had, very similar at the till point but cheaper.

I think you are giving robin of Sherwood a run for his money ! Preying on people who overlook the fact the calendar they think they are buying is for the current year! What shitzer company sells out of date calendars ! Shame on you, not much point me sending back due to ridiculous cost of postage.
