It's lovely (as a Yorkshirewoman!) to buy knives crafted in Sheffield, and these are beautifully made and balanced. I like the idea that they are made to order, too, even if it did mean a bit of a wait.
Last year we got our son, a keen cook, a couple of the chef knives and he loves them. Bought him another this year and he is just as delighted. This company is definitely our go-to for quality knives.
