Communication was excellent from the start. I received an email telling me the estimated delivery time and when I asked if I'd receive it in time for Christmas I received an email to reassure me I would.
The knife is lovely and the olive handle is beautiful; my mum is going to love it.

Other knives may have all the bling but these are classic and last a lifetime. Quality is an over used word but these knives are using it in the correct way.

The dagger is impeccably crafted, congratulations!
The leather sheath, however, could be better. The sheath isn’t symmetrical and the dagger pinches in it. I even think the in/out movement will eventually damage the sheath.

So very very pleased with the knife and fork set.

This went very smoothly - although was slightly taken by surprised just how quick it was going to be dispatched (same afternoon) so had to arrange an alternative delivery as I wasn't going to be home - but all handled very well
