BEWARE COWBOYS

BEWARE – ABSOLUTE COWBOYS
My brand new car was wrapped in November 2022. Within a week several bubbles appeared all over the car and the bonnet edge had come away.
I was told this was due to the cold weather and to bring the car back in.
I returned - the bonnet was re-wrapped as it had a large bubble & the smaller bubbles were heated and pushed back down.
Within another 2 to 3 weeks more bubbles appeared. I returned again, the bonnet was re-wrapped and a bodge job done on the rest.
More bubbles appeared, I returned again the wing was re-wrapped and the bonnet bubble cut and pushed down. I was told this was a temporary fix while the vinyl that had been removed from the wing was sent for testing as it must have been a faulty batch.
This was back in February 2023. Since then no one answers my calls or replies to my messages. Please note all business is done over mobile phone calls and WhatsApp, they don't answer the landline and don't advertise an email address.
Fast forward to now and my car is still has several bubbles all over it. The vinyl testing was a lie.
I’ll be pursuing in the small claims court now.
For anyone thinking of using this company I would strongly recommend you STAY WELL CLEAR.
