My experience with Sacoor Brothers was extremely disappointing. I want to clarify that my dignity is worth more than any product or money.
After purchasing an expensive suit, I faced multiple issues: the alterations were incorrect (uneven sleeves), I had to cover delivery costs, and the packaging was inadequate.
An agreement was made to replace the defective suit with a new one as compensation. However, when I went to collect the new suit, I was suddenly asked to pay again, contrary to what was agreed.
To make matters worse, the branch manager behaved unprofessionally and insulted me in front of other staff.
I have not worn the suit nor used it in any way because this experience is now about principle and respect, not about the product itself.
I am sharing this so others are aware. Anyone considering buying from Sacoor Brothers should consider other stores that value and respect their customers.

Since the shipment did not arrive within the specified time, I have contacted them via chat, WhatsApp, and their customer service email, but I have received no response.
It has now been 15 days since I placed the order, and I still have no information about it.

Following great value products online orders that I placed on 06/01/2025 I supposed to get them deliver to YAS Mall branch within day or two. One order arrived the following day and remaining order is yet to deliver.
I have repeatedly attempted to reach the customer service department by phone on +971 4 705 3900, and once I was fortunate enough to connect with a representative who assured me that I would receive an update via email or a return call. Unfortunately, neither has occurred. I also sent an email via but have yet to receive a response. As a longstanding and loyal client, I find it concerning to be left waiting for communication without any feedback. I filled out the form, they transmitted this information to the warehouse for refund processing and I was left waiting for the refund, until today...
Calls to the customer service number are simply not answered. They respond to emails, with delay, but they don't solve anything either. Without a doubt, this is my last experience with Sacoor, I don't recommend it to anyone and I will advise against it to everyone. Without a doubt, this is not the service that a customer, who purchases remotely, expects to receive.

I’m a regular at Sacoor. My brother is still an avid shopper at Sacoor and Sacoor One and i’ve also always enjoyed world class and professionalism at Sacoor. A very content client to say the least until about a week ago when me and my wife visited your MCC Sacoor One branch, ground floor.
I liked two blazers which I wanted to purchase right away. However, the staff mentioned in the subject mentioned Yeabsira’s attitude was appalling and I didn’t want any escalations.
Talked to my brother Abdul Karim Kadwani who’s a regular at Saccor and Sacoor One particularly your branch at the Outlet Mall. We met there on October 14th and since we were extending my birthday celebrations we purchased 7 shirts from the Outlet Mall branch. I saw the same jackets there but we wanted to reach home for an important match.
We only went back on the 15th October and purchased the two jackets I loved at the same branch. I have a receipt of the same date and the representative there informed us that he only had size 56 for one of the jackets and the other jacket could be sent to MCC branch as we live in Nad Al Hammar. My brother did both the transactions from his customer id and the registered phone number for that account is 0506570838.
Jodar explained that he’d get in touch with me on Wednesday to confirm a pick up on Thursday to which we agreed. Jodar called and informed me that the jacket was ready for pick up today and I visited your MCC Sacoor One branch on the ground floor. I was welcomed by Hisham (a kind rep) who said he remembered me from the Outlet Mall. I was excited and he showed me the jacket which looked pretty beat and had a stain on it. I assumed responsibility for getting it dry cleaned as he was very helpful. I requested for an alteration on my jacket as the sleeves needed a slight adjustment. The tailor master was also a very friendly and helpful asset who assisted me and we agreed to pay AED 60.00 for both my jackets as I wasn’t carrying my other jacket.
In the meantime Yeabsira came storming and without any formal introduction to who she was started yelling at me and my wife to take the jacket and go to Outlet Mall as it was originally purchased from that location. We tried to handle the situation but she stormed her way through and that kind of threw me back a bit. I informed her that the jacket was stained and that due to her appalling behaviour she’d need to fix the jacket before i’d take delivery. She said that wasn’t her responsibility and so I firmly requested to get me a new jacket.
Instead of being empathetic or apologetic she claimed that it was no responsibility of hers or the branch and we must go to the Outlet Mall.
Just to say the least i’m a customer and do not accept one of your staff’s shouting at me or yell at my wife. I demand an explanation and a written apology from the staff. Also, once you have received the new consignment please deliver the jacket to my location as this was totally unacceptable. I would love to post this on google reviews but i’m holding my decision till I hear from you. I have been a customer service manager and understand the dynamics.
Here all business ethics and respect was compromised. Hope this will not be repeated and you’ll set an unprecedented example of your staff.
