I dropped off my fabric at Safefoam, after checking there was enough, and expected to pick up in mid-February but collected the 3 seater 'mattress' covers and 203 chair cover on 1st February! It felt like Christmas! I couldn't wait to get home! The cushions and covers are absolutely gorgeous and I m still excitedly showing everyone who comes into my home! And I got a pretty little cushion to go with my new sofa! Brilliant service from such a lovely company with gorgeous staff who were incredibly helpful all along the way. they were recommended to me and I totally recommend them. Thank you Safefoam!

Safefoam supplied new cushions and covers for our 2 much loved vintage Ercol Sofa Beds. The whole process from ordering samples onwards was a pleasure. The people I spoke to were all helpful and friendly. I was told to expect delivery in 10-14 days but the arrived in 6. Quality is excellent, fit is perfect. Many thanks

Really pleased with this company. Did most of the correspondence through email and on the phone to organise my own fabric to be used on some new cushions pads for my Ercol daybed. The team were very responsive and helpful and the service was so quick. Arrived today and the quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend them.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The team at Safefoam were very helpful with our order for new pew cushions and delivered and installed then before Christmas as they had promised. I had made a small measuring mistake on one of the cushions and they took it back and resized it at no extra charge, then couriered it to me after Christmas. Lots of great comments from the congregation and this has transformed our church. Thanks everyone!

A year ago I posted a review following Safefoam's replacing the cushions on one of our Ercol armchairs.

Since then they have done two more and three back cushions for our Ercol sofa bed. Today we received a new bottom cushion and cover for the now fabric-matching sofa bed.

The company is great to deal with; prompt and helpful in answering questions and sorting out potential problems, and they use a really good courier, which can be an Achilles heel for some companies.

More important, the quality of their work is superb. Their principal seamstress, well, if there is a better one in the UK than Helen we'd be surprised. All the work she and Safefoam have done for us looks great. The cover for the sofa bed is better than the old Ercol one it has replaced, not only because of the new fabric but because Helen has used a longer zip which makes putting it on easier.

There was a little fabric over and Helen made a couple of bolsters for the sofa bed, which we would not have thought of but which make it even more attractive.

If you want quality work at a fair price, you won't do better.

Safefoam made new cushions and supplied new foam for the vintage Ercol daybed. I can’t praise them more highly for their friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. My cushions look amazing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered wrong size cushion, sent a picture to Joe and he saw straight away I had quoted the wrong chair number to him. He sent me a picture with the correct number and sent replacement cushion. I had an Ercol 203 chair cushions replaced and covered in fabric I supplied.
I felt I was the customer from hell. I sent multiple emails, made mistakes and asked lots of questions. Every email was dealt with quickly, professionally and kindly. The resulting cushions are great. They were made, dispatched and received incredibly quickly. Thank you.

We recently ordered replacement cushions and covers for our ercol suite consisting of 2 chairs (203 and 477), 1 settee (203) and a footstall (341).
We are thrilled with them and the lovely blue woollen fabric looks great. Our emails were all dealt with promptly and Safefoam provided a very quick and efficient service. They are well made and reasonably priced.

This is a second visit to Safefoam and I am as delighted as the first. I was looking to refresh 4 cushion sets on my Windsor 203 chairs. From a Balmoral Heather....Bob sent me samples and I found the perfect one to coordinate with my coastal home ( Duck Egg Suede, trend feel)

So from order to delivery it took 10 days, Bob kept me appraised of progress throughout. The price was great value, quality of materials and finish of a very high standard and customer care first class!

I'll be in touch again for sure and recommend this rare gem of a company without hesitation.
