The customer service was excellent from the get go. They were very helpful in helping us choose the fabric and the turn around in getting the cushions made/ delivered was incredibly quick. Having shopped about a bit, we found that the cushions are good value for money, and of high quality/ durability. I would recommend them.

Great Company to deal with - they made a new cushion covered in material I supplied for an Ercol Jubilee Chair. The result is fabulous! Very good communication throughout and made and delivered in a couple of days after payment.

I ordered cushions and covers for an Ercol 304 chair and received absolutely brilliant service throughout. From helping me identify my chair model, to ordering-in fabric especially for me direct from Camira after I chose it from swatches, the level of care and effort I received from Safefoam was first class. I'm very happy with the cushions and they have been wonderfully made. I couldn't be happier.

The Safefoam team were on the ball right from the start. With their help I identified the make of the Ercol furniture I had bought second hand - a feat in itself. They then took me through the ordering process, arranged collection and shipment and the seamstress made contact to make sure all was just as I was wanted. It was brilliant from start to finish and I can't recommend their customer service and workmanship enough.

Fabulous new cushions for my Ercol 252 chair and 341 footstool arrived today, only nine days after placing the order! Great advice and communication from Joe, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. I can’t fault the company at all: fab experience from start to finish. Highly recommended if you are looking for affordable, stylish replacement cushions for Ercol.

Delighted with our new cushions for our Ercol sofa & 2 armchairs. Great service and excellent quality. I inherited the suite a few years ago from my Nana who had bought it in the mid 60s and re-covered it in the 80s. It’s now got a whole new lease of life and it’s like having a piece of her back in the house!

Safefoam recently provided our Devon church with 81 new pew cushions. As the church and pews are quite old, they are of varying sizes. Safefoam did an amazing job of getting it right. We would welcome the opportunity to recommend them. A job very well done!

I have bought several replacement cushions from Safefoam and the service has always been outstanding. I needed the most recent cushions in a hurry and even though they were not in stock, Joe made sure the foam was cut and sent over in a matter of days. Highly recommended.

Thankyou so much for our fantastic cushions for the 2 ercol 203 chairs we have restored. Initially I was sent some samples , I then ordered the covers over the phone and they arrived today - 6 days later! They are gorgeous, exactly what we wanted and finish is great.
