Ordered the case that their website said would fit my phone, but it did not fit--not even close. Had to communicate with customer service a few times to get the return instructions. It has been one month since they got it back, and I still don't have my refund.

The SafeSleeve is an excellent iPhone case and their customer service is exceptional!

I had a problem with the strap on my SafeSleeve product. I called and sent a picture of the problem and they agreed to replace my defective product for a minimal cost of shipping plus an upgrade at cost. I am very happy with the way they handled my issue.

Purchased a second time from SafeSleeve and accidentally ordered the wrong case for my new phone. They took back the product without a fuss and refunded the money for that one. The new case fits perfectly and offers protection from the phone radiation, and that gives me peace of mind.

What made my experience great was several things. Not only did I receive responses within 24 hours of each inquiry, but the support person clearly had read each message closely and responded with exactly the info I needed, no more or less. And because the subjects were more complex than I realized, I especially appreciated that she included pieces I wouldn't even have known to ask about. I now use my devices differently given the deeper understanding provided, and feel more ease and confidence in protecting my health with the support I received from the SafeSleeve team.

After I received a phone case that was missing a magnet for proper closure on one side, I called customer service and left a message explaining my issue. The next morning a delightful representative, MJ, returned my call eager to help! She was very kind, patient, and thoughtfully came up with a wonderful solution! She professionally set up a new order for me in a matter of moments! This type of Customer Service restores one's faith in a quality company! Many Thanks SafeSleeve!

The cell phone cover seemed well made with the exception of the magnet area. My iphone would not stay in place on the magnet where there was to much wiggle room for my phone. Customer service person Joanna was very-very helpful with my concerns, she was quick to respond daily with a positive end result. Thank you again Joanna. LD

I love my safe sleeve, detached case! I bought it as a gift for myself for the radiation protection. Very pleased with the quality and so happy it is still thin enough to fit in my back pocket. Customer service was really phenomenal. It’s my experience with their customer service that really made me willing to write a review which I usually don’t do!

I love the products and they have great customer service

I already have a safe sleeve for my Iphone and it is great. The headphones didn't workout with my older model Iphone and the company refunded me instead of having me send them back (which I offered to do). Clear communication and great service. I'm going to gift them to a friend with a newer iphone to enjoy them. Thank you!

I was given a SafeSleeve for Christmas (it was on my wishlist), and I simply reached out to the company to give a little feedback. They were very responsive and really wanted me to be happy with my case, so they sent me a new one - they truly went above and beyond to make me happy. Though I love the idea of a detachable case, I wasn’t satisfied with the strength of the magnet - my phone would slide around on the outer case and even slid right out of it. When they offered to send me a new one, I decided to go with the one that does not detach. I truly did not expect to get a new case when I reached out to the company. I admire their insistence on making things right for the customer.

The support team has been amazing. I have had a SafeSleeve case for several years and love it. My wife has one too and encouraged me to buy mine. Recently I ordered a new one and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. SafeSleeve sent me the correct size, no questions asked and no hassle.! Kristen was especially helpful.
