Excellent service from start to finish
Delivery driver couldn't be more helpful

Goods received within the 3-15 day window. Shed has been constructed today and looks great - seems very robust and was straightforward to construct.

Only comment would be the review request was sent out before we even knew when to expect delivery - so a little too soon in this process. Discussed with Safetrade247 who will look into this timing issue. Ie review request sent 17.01, good received 27.01.

Really quick delivery and excellent product.

Very pleased with the product, the delivery process was efficient.

The metal storage unit was excellent quality for a reasonable price.
Communication around delivery was very good and the delivery driver was very helpful.
Assembly was straightforward and everything fitted.

This is the second unit that we have purchased, from start to finish both purchases have gone smoothly, when delivered, the storage units are always put as close the where they are being build to help with minimal carrying as some parts are very heavy

Quick delivery but no VAT receipt provided so it was a hassle chasing this up.

The ordering process was really very easy, the product sold itself to be honest, and is of excellent quality. I did have a few technical queries prior to ordering, which were promptly answered by Calum. Delivery was swift from point of ordering and I was updated by Safetrade247 and the delivery driver on the morning of delivery. Delivered to site and the driver even assisted with getting the base in position. A really robust product and a great company to deal with.

Well priced, but did not provide any notice the order had been dispatched so it arrived without warning without someone being present.

Hassle free and quick delivery

I contacted Safetrade 247 regarding an order for a flatpack container I wished to make and that I was in desperate need for it. This was at the begining of June, they bent ovr backwards to meet my needs and absolutely smashed the delivery time.... Four days from start to finish, AMAZING! We ordered a flat pack container on this site. We were concerned about delivery times but they quickly come back to us with some answers. We ordered it on Sunday, got a confirmation on Monday, received a courtesy call on Tuesday saying it would be delivered on the next day. The customer service was very approachable and nice. We have not set it up yet and can't say the container will have no issue, but so far we are very happy with the excellent service. I must say the price was competitive while the container quality better (thicker walls) than other sites. Delivery price was included as well.

Delivered in good time excellent customer service

Good communication, fast and good delivery. I haven't finished putting metal storage together yet as tough on own, but its looking great and same as online photos. I recommend!

Couple of issues when ordering but first thing the next days someone from customer service rang and provided support.
