Purchased a SOLMHN KDC+ 2m x 2m flat…
Purchased a SOLMHN KDC+ 2m x 2m flat pack metal storage container from Saetrade 247. Outstanding communication through order & delivery process. Product arrived within a week, delivery cost was most competitive of several options. Driver unloaded flat pack in precisely the right location and was timely and very pleasant. My wife and I (both in late 50s) assembled the container in 5 hours with a couple of stops for tea. This thing is precisely manufactured. Every single hole lined up to the millimetre on a 2m box - that's outstanding. Overall 5 star, thoroughly recommend.

Extra Charges!
Great initial service when ordering. We had to send the item back as we ordered wrong. (the sales team were really helpful) We had a re-stocking charge (which is fine) but also an extra £30.00 postage charge! We had already paid for postage for the initial item (and paid for the item to be sent back). So why are we paying for a postal charge that we've already paid

Hi Mark, we cannot claim the initial delivery charge back because it was only the case of an unwanted order not damaged etc. We gave you the chance to return the goods yourself at your expense or we could arrange collection for £30. You opted for us to collect for you which we were happy to do. Unfortunately this is not refundable as we only pass on the delivery collection charges and this was subsequentely taken from the refund for your order.
I hope this clarifies things for you.
