I bought these safety trainers 3months ago, the soles have disintegrated, I emailed and contacted them via their fb messenger, I’ve had no reply, avoid!!

Purchased a pair of the Air safety trainers.. The tongue came out of the left shoe on day 1 and I noticed the toes of both shoes were disintegrating. I messaged Safety Brands through their website and was asked to send photos which I did immediately then did not get any response and they closed the conversation. In my opinion these shoes are of very cheap poor quality and workmanship and won't last 5 mins if you're on the tools.

Brought a pair of safety trainers in February and done normal walking in them for 3 months and both soles have cracked.
Emailed customer service and they refunded me half my money back and sent me a replacement pair of shoes. Happy with the outcome.

Don't trust them, they only refund if you have proof of return even though they know who exactly has returned the shoes. The shoe itself is very poor quality the toe cap digging into your toes.

Brilliant service and good trainers

Ordered a pair of shoes New Year. Big problems in receiving them and coukd not get through by phone. The shoes are now coming apart in less than 2 months. When ringing they just hang up. Terrible company to deal with and substandard shoes. I have requested a refund by email with photo. I will see if they actually respond.

*RESOLVED - FULL REFUND ISSUED* Long story short, 2 months into my purchase the safety boots had developed holes in the mesh. Not the best quality pair I brought however; after 18 days of writing an email stating my issue, customer service responded and indeed issued a full refund. I am not dissatisfied as the company did the right thing to refund, perhaps it was just a bad batch of boots? If they did not get holes in, I would give the company 6 stars if I could as the price is fantastic! My advice would be to probably go for safety boots with no mesh from this site and they should last longer!

Shoes delivered without a receipt/invoice. Chased repeatedly for weeks and now fed up chasing. If you need an invoice to claim back expenses, VAT etc. don’t buy from this shower.

Bought shoes that needed to go back due to sizing. Sent back and never received a refund. Manager even told me to send back with 2nd class postage which is a red flag! They actively tried not to refund the trainers basically! I’m sure they have a room full of “undelivered” shoes from people. Shocking.

Ordered a pair of safety boots in anticipation of starting a new job. Promptly received tracking number followed by a swift delivery. Good quality boots which are comfortable & excellent value for money.

Needed a pair of safety shoes for work as mine had seen better days. Will definitely recommend.

Not fit for work, I bought a pair that rapidly deteriorated the steel started showing on the toe, so now they are not safe for work as they are now an electrocution risk, I wrote a review on trust pilot as they wouldn’t publish my review on their website, the guy who contacted me after post my review here said I must have gotten a defective pair so they sent me a replacement and I removed my review. I’ve got the exact same issue and the steel is showing again.

I would only recommend these trainers for light DIY at home where you aren’t spending time on your knees.

I know they will try ask Trust pilot to take this review down as they did the first one, I just want to say I have my proof of purchase so don’t bother.

Placed order. No shipment. Terrible communication. Stated an issue on their end. Request still ship. Still no shipment. Request refund and recieve an email stating refund issued for 2/3 of cost paid (not in terms) but no actual refund.
When called there is no answer.

Be careful.

Seems like a scam company.

I brought Style 107.
These look great but the sizing is on the large size.
The sizing starts at size 4, so in most cases, you can size down for a good fit. Unfortunately, I am a 4 so cannot size down.

I contacted the company and they worked to resolve the situation.

Had a problem with one of the safety shoes. Problem rectified straight away. Spoke to the manager and assistant. They where only too happy to help
