Boots not fit for the job dangerous when wet no grip at all,customer service very poor,I sent back to the address i was given and now say that's not there address.so left with no alternative as to contact bank stay away. Should have paid a extra 10 off amazon better product

Fantastic!

Bought a pair of boots and they’re great. Very comfortable and good for all day use at work. Customer service was also fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good pair of high quality boots.

Safety brands footwear reviews

Bought some safety trainers from safety brands. Arrived and on the first day the insoles fell out. No big deal except every time you put your foot in them the insole ruttled up.
2 weeks later the back heel support collapsed. This put pressure points on the back of my heel causing pain and blistering.
I put the review on their link and still not on their site one week later.
Contacted them directly so say the review was still not listed and it's not fair to just keep positive reviews despite the problems thier safety footwear is causing.
I have received no reply from safety brands and two weeks later no change in reviews. They are still showing a perfect picture.
This paints a picture that the footwear is great and worth the money.
Trust me they aren't and the company just don't want others to know as there are no negative reviews.

They have replied stating that I was offered a full refund or a new pair of trainers.
This is certainly not! The case. I have had no direct contact with safety brands since buying the trainers. They have put this reply on trust pilot, but have never infact contacted me in any way.
Please do not trust this company they lie!
Only positive reviews about these trainers are on their site and still do not show my review.

4 days waiting for refund - Online says in 72 hours. Tried to contact on email or phone, they just ignore you. Cheap shoes. Guys don't waist your money and time with this scam company! Unhappy customer! -1 star!

My last purchase from safety brands unfortunately broke after only 2-3 months. I would say that their customer service definitely needs work, at least acknowledge you have received an email, that said, after a little back and forth they have made good by sending me a brand new pair ( of my choice ) for which i am grateful and I will continue to purchase from them.

Poor quality and poor customer service…

Purchased a pair of the Air safety trainers.. The tongue came out of the left shoe on day 1 and I noticed the toes of both shoes were disintegrating. I messaged Safety Brands through their website and was asked to send photos which I did immediately then did not get any response and they closed the conversation. In my opinion these shoes are of very cheap poor quality and workmanship and won't last 5 mins if you're on the tools.

Good outcome in the end

Brought a pair of safety trainers in February and done normal walking in them for 3 months and both soles have cracked.
Emailed customer service and they refunded me half my money back and sent me a replacement pair of shoes. Happy with the outcome.

Don't trust them

Don't trust them, they only refund if you have proof of return even though they know who exactly has returned the shoes. The shoe itself is very poor quality the toe cap digging into your toes.
