Quality of the product is outstanding, very well made - how Caterpillar used to be - snug, solid and comfy. Customer service speed of response to correct a delivery address was 3 minutes by email - mind blown! Delivery by Batmobile next day. Cannot fault the product or experience.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My husband purchased a pair of waterproof steel toe cap trainers and was very pleased with them, a few months later the stitches went on one of the shoes, we couldn’t find the original proof of purchase but found the payment date. With not having much hope we contacted Black Hammer who were AMAZING the customer care was outstanding, within 4 working days a new pair of trainers arrived. Well done Black Hammer

Quality of the shoes is great
Quality of the shoes is great. Light weight for long days but with the protection needed. Love the elastic laces, easy to tighten so unlike slip ones you can adjust. Would have 5 star if the courier hadn’t los5 the first delivery, but was sorted in less than 48 hrs, sadly no choice to NOT use Evri , who were at their usual worst again.

I recently bought the Black Hammer 7788 Vortex Dial Fit Lace Safety Trainers and I couldn’t be happier. From the first wear, they felt incredibly comfortable with no breaking-in needed. The dial fit system is a game changer—quick to adjust and gives a secure, snug fit every time.
They’re lightweight but still feel very durable and offer great protection for long days on your feet. The grip is excellent, even on slippery surfaces, and the overall design looks modern compared to typical safety footwear.

Good quality at keen price
About 2 tear ago I found black hammers website while searching for wworkboots at a reasonable price that actually worked, previously I had tried scruffs, caterpiller and other makes, ALL of them failed within a year and thats after paying over £50 a pair for them. So I bought 2 pair of boots, different styles, the pair i wear most has now almost died, so I looked them up again and purchased a pair for me and a pair for my wife (we work together), fully expecting these to last as well as the first ones, overall prices are good, quality is as good if not better than other brands and delivery is very quick.
