Women’s Timberland Pro work boots
I have no problem with the boots. They are amazing! You can put them on and go! I’m very unhappy with the company that was selling them It took almost 2 months to get them! I was told that they were waiting for Timberland to ship them. I was given a tracking number that had no info whatsoever. They shouldn’t be selling a product they don’t even have! Or say that shipping for that product could be lengthy.

They cancelled my order over a week…
They cancelled my order over a week after it was placed because the shoe was going to be delayed. I wouldn't have minded waiting longer but they did not give me an option to wait or even pick another shoe and just refunded it instead.

Website easy to navigate, and my shoes got here quick! I really love my work boots the only complaint I have is that the insole are not very comfortable I think for work boots they definitely need more cushion.

No purchase was made with this company. They never filled my online order and when I inquired about it, they said I had to call them. They took almost two weeks and never reached out until I asked where my shoes were via email. They gave a ridiculous reason for me to call and verify my payment. Nope- not calling anyone for that and I let them cancel my order. I found the exact same product with a better price at another online retailer who gladly accepted my payment. So no- they don’t get any stars!

Sent the wrong size shoes in the right size box. Wore for several days before I seen that they were the wrong size. Tried to call customer service several times leaving my number for them to call me back never did. AFTER 10 tries i finally got to talk to someone. Hopefully my refund goes smoother then tring to talk to someone, so I won't have to try to call back. From now on ill just stick with Amazon, way better customer service.
