I have always had a great experience with Safetygirl. This last purchase one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered was not available. I didn't know this till they arrived. Not sure if you sent me a text to let me know they were out of stock. But not getting the tennis shoe put me in a slum. I have to wear the other shoes that were for a more professional look and not as comfy. I will still shop here for sure .

Company’s error poor customer retention
So I ordered A pair of shoes. The company misprinted them so they sent me. Refund. Didn’t offer anything else for customer retention just said here’s your refund we don’t care if you buy from us. I’m an engineer and this was going to be my first time but it’s also my last time.

out of stock, still no refund issued
The item I ordered was out of stock. The website should it had it marked as so. The real issue is I still haven't received my refund over 30 days later.
