This is the worst website I've ever ordered from. My order was placed JANUARY 15th in which I still have not received. I have emailed and called several times and they told me the same lie repeatedly. It was otw but it got lost and now they're telling me I can get a gift card to order something else not a refund. Bad business and customer!!!!

I ordered 2 dresses and one jacket. The last dress I ordered never showed up, even 3 months after I ordered it. They continually sent me lie after lie about the whereabouts of the dress. 3 months after they told me that the dress would arrive in no longer than 10 days they sent me another email stating that the dress was sold out.

They then offered me a store credit, but failed to send me the store credit number so that I could order the dress that I wanted as a replacement, and instead sent me the directions about how to use a gift card to check out. They never sent me any gift card information, any store credit information, and now it seems they have ghosted me. Do Not buy from here.... Watch out for their Etsy ads as well. That's how they got me.

I received a gift card from SA Formal to compensate me for my dress that never arrived.
Haseeb-the CSR that had been corresponding with me sent me an additional email after I was unable to use the"gift card" they sent earlier in the day, starting that I would be unable to use my gift card that was sent to me the same day because my case was still being resolved. I Replied and asked for a new CSR. Allegedly their free shipment is supposed to include insurance, so I am still lost as to why this company is continually trying to keep my pittling amount of money. Again, stay away from this company.

never order from this site. I have been fighting with customer service to get a full refund for an order than was never recieved. they keep trying to give me a gift card, but i just want a refund. this whole site is a scam and i will try my hardest to take it down. i am now down by $70 and my bank is involved.

Two months after the order I have not received a package, nor have I received a refund. Do not trust this company if it exists at all.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/15/23 and I just received my shoes today.5 months later. My interaction with customer service was by far the most scripted and robotic experience. Meaning, I got the same lady, same speech, and I requested a refund over and over again. It was frustrating to say the least. But as I stated, I got the shoes, they’re cute but not made of the best material. In closing, I don’t think I would order from here again.

Terrible experience!! Buyer beware! I never got my dress and they did not refund my money! Awful customer service, the lady actually hung up on me!!

Returned an item per policy, original packaging, within timeline - terrible customer service from initial request to return and then no refund- only store credit- their return policy states they will refund - but they only give store credits-

So so disappointing. It has been MONTHS now with no order arriving and consistent awful customer service. ‘It is about to arrive’…. I have asked multiple times to be refunded.

Finally they admitted it was lost and said they would be kind enough to send another dress free of charge. 😡

After several days, I asked for the new tracking # and they said they were waiting for me to confirm address?!

Such a SCAM and disappointing when you have had great merchandise and customer service from other online clothing companies sourced from China.

Never received a tracking number that actually worked and never received item. Beware probably a Scam !!!

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. THEY ARE TRYING TO BULLY ME INTO TAKING A STORE CREDIT!!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, AGAIN!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND SINCE DECEMBER!! THE QUALITY OF THE PURCHASED ITEM WAS HORRIBLE!! VERY POOR QUALITY! PACKING WAS HORRIBLE ALSO.

After 60 days, items were not recieved. Their response:

Unfortunately, once an order has left our facility, the logistics management and the safe delivery of the package are largely out of our control.

They will not offer a refund. They only offer a gift card, re-ship or a $20 reimbursement on a $280 order. Considering they don’t guarantee you well get the goods, the first two options are not really viable.

This is a fraudulent company

BEWARE.....Total Scam! I like others placed an order this company doesn't send items ordered nor can you get through to customer service. I recieved a tracking that connects to nothing. Customer service has a prescripted generic response.

I ordered a dress from that company. After 2 months, I am still waiting for it. I paid 139$ and apparently, it was lost im the shipping. I asked for a refund and they want to send me another dress instead. After a few email exanged, I don't hear from them anymore. BEWARE.

Please beware. I ordered a coat in January 2024 and needed more information regarding the tracking and shipment. I paid $149.99 for my item and ultimately got a message last week that they lost it. I requested a refund and have yet to hear anything thus far. Afterpay should not have this merchant as an option on their app. They're complicit, also.

I order from the company, and I received a fake tracking number. So I tried calling their is no way to talk to anyone. So I sent them a message and they sends me the same standard message that their is no way to cancel the order once you have ordered something. They will continue to message you that they are sorry. But they will not call or talk to you it is a complete scam please careful do your research this is not a real company, You will never get your merchandise.

I am just going to repeat what everyone else has said on here, and I wish I had found these reviews before ordering. I ordered a jack in January and it is 2 months later and there is no sign of it. I have contacted customer service through email and by calling and have been given very vague answers every time. I am seeking a dispute through my visa card now. GRRRR. Stay away.

This company is definitely a scammer. Don't buy from them.

I have created a dispute (fraud) case with my credit card company. I ordered a jacket on January 29 (today is March 18). My credit card was billed by a company (Voir Styles) from Middletown Delaware on January 29, 2024,

I have written to them over a dozen times (support at sastylesofficial. com). Their branding motto seems to be, "The usual transit time after the shipment is 10-15 working days." They state that on every email I receive from their support [which often shows up as "CS Agency(Muneeb) (SA)" as a sender with a name of "Safina" as the customer support person.]

They have never once throughout this process offered me a refund. They just give me a tracking number from a Chinese shipping company that offers NO INFORMATION about the tracking. It's all BS.

IF you have a company operating (supposedly) in Delaware, why can't you have a warehouse and ship from Delaware? Oh, that is.... if the company is legit.

I place an order in November 18 2023 for 2 blazers . Only 1 arrived and also arrived in 3 months which is more than two months late. I had email and call and they said it is out of their control the item being late. This is a scam and never again
