My partner and I were first time buyers, with very little knowledge of what was required from us.
Sam happily guided us through the process, working on our schedules and keeping us informed and up to date through out.
Sadly, our first property fell through, though he kept in contact and offered advice on properties, whenever we requested it.
We would recommend Sam for anyone, first timer or experienced. His enthusiasm and attention to detail make him a fantastic broker and a nice chap to deal with!

Sam is a very professional individual and has a vast amount of knowledge within the mortgage and protection sector.

I have used Sam’s services for many years. It’s great to know that he will work with you every step of the way and make sure every application is as strong as possible.

From previous experience Sam also doesn’t mind a challenge, we have had some complex situations but he always remains positive and makes things work.

Time is also not a problem with him as I have had many calls in the evening and weekend so that we can push the deal through as fast as possible.

I would definitely 100% recommend Sam to anybody who is looking for a honest and reliable source when searching for the right mortgage deal!
