When it comes to financial planning, openness and trust are everything. Talking about finances doesn't come naturally to many of us so you need to deal with someone ethical, non-judgemental and honest. Ben is all of those things.

Whilst Ben provides a great process/framework to follow he is importantly a great listener. He doesn't try and "impress" with his knowledge (although he could!) or make you feel guilty about spending habits. Rather he makes the whole experience positive - about what you can do, and achieve, and when, and what you need to do if there are any shortfalls anywhere. And he does this by listening and asking great questions.

I came away from my sessions with Ben feeling so much more in control about my family's finances. And much more positive about them too.

I'd also add that you don't need to be "rich" to take advantage of financial planning advice. There's so much to learn from talking to Ben about protecting your family alongside investing in your future/pensions.

I'm so glad I did it and you won't regret it either.

Jonathan was very attentive and gave good logical advice, explaining the risks and the process for the investments. The questionnaire to assess appetite for risk was clear and structured, which gave good guidance for what would be right for us.

I use TaxAssist Accountants and had emailed TaxAssist Financial Services asking for some help with my finances and also to help me find payment protection insurance. One of their advisors Simon Restieaux got in touch with me and was extremely helpful explaining it all to me, answering all of my (sometimes obscure and hypothetical) questions for literally about 2 hours on the phone until I was completely happy with everything.
