Hi, I had been trying to find some wheels for my calor provance gas heater, I tried a couple of suppliers of castor wheels but no luck until one of them give me the email of the UI Group in Ireland
I emailed them and they got back to me pretty quickly with the items I required, they sent them by courier and I got them in a few days

The wrong cover for BBQ was sent initially, but after one phone call to customer service the correct one was despatched and is a perfect tailored fit. Told not to return incorrect cover which saves so much hassle, so over all a great recovery by Sahara and a happy customer!

My partner ordered us the X450 barbecue along with some accessories. Delivery was something like 7-10 days but it came the same week. Packaged really well and looks the part. A few extras were thrown in with our order which was a great surprise as we ordered one type of wood chips and received another to try for free which we had considered buying. You can just tell this is high quality.

I think I’ve just about tried every barbecue going The always seems to be a little niggles with everything but this one seems to tick all the boxes. We use the barbecue most days even in the winter even Christmas Day and after 12 months even the big names are nearing the end of the days in terms of build quality and quality of materials. The build quality of this barbecue is supreme and the burners have come away from the norm and the heat distribution is fantastic so early days yet that see how long it lasts but it’s looking like the best so far.

My barbecue order came quickly.
There was slight damage to part of the frame, nothing significant. Sahara were very apologetic and helpful in making things right.

Quality product timely delivery

We have the S350 and it cooks as good as it looks, we usually squeeze on enough for a family gathering (10-12) the warming rack is really handy, as are the side trays.

I damaged my side trays and the company had a set delivered within a few days in time for our Christmas eve dog walk and sausage bun - we fed 15-20 people.

We love ours - great product, great service, lovely people.

Barbecue is like a brand new

when my spare part for my gas heater hadnt arrived after 10 days I called and they sent a new one straight away. It arrived 2 days later...well done.

After the summer the sparker of my heater didn't work. I reported this by email and since it was under warranty I promptly recieved a new one, that was easy to replace the defective one (there was a video to show how to do that, but I didn't need it).

Great product made even better with excellent customer service. Bought Sahara Patio heater 4 years ago and it recently stopped working. Replacement parts were very fairly priced, but after care and support has been uplifting. Will definitely shop here again and recommend to anyone reading. These guys are great.
