Ordered a replacement heat deflector for patio heater, arrived after 4 days, only quibble, no nuts and bolts for assembly, minor thing overall excellent.

The first person I contacted immediately sent me a link to a video showing me the part I wanted and a demonstration on how to fit it. I ordered my part and it was out of stock, I contacted Paula Rainey and told her, that same day I was notified it was back in stock and I ordered it. It arrived within 5 days and was easily installed following the video instructions. Thrilled. Mary Brady

I have two very old black Sahara big burns 15kw patio heaters which have survived the test of time and are still going strong after 24 years.
The heater mesh on one of them had dropped and had developed deficiencies so I phoned Sahara and they told me that one of their current heaters had the same mesh as mine so I ordered it and it fitted like a treat and so my almost a quarter of a century old heater now looks and feels new again.
All I would say to Sahara is don’t forget about the parts for your old heaters because you made them so well that there are still so many out there that are still going strong and would like to stay that way with your help!

My order arrived quickly . Was a new combustion unit for my Provence fire. Love that fire, it’s marvellous, looks good too.

Very let down when I brought the duo cover for my bbq and side cart thinking I was paying a lot more money here so the product would be superior but instead they just sent me two small bbq covers which hardly fit the bbq let alone the fit on the side cart . I just expected the cover to be fitted not just a one size fits all

I brought our new barbecue, after a lot of research , and looking at a lot of barbecues - there are only 2 of us , but when the family comes we needed something that could handle a feast ! The Sahara 325 came out tops, we loved the size of the grill, the warming rack that you can move cooked food to to keep warm whilst you cook other things; and it has a glass in the lid so you can check your food, without lifting the lid. It has good wheels for moving it about, it’s weighty and excellent quality.
We brought direct from Sahara and I am delighted with the service we received, they kept in good email contact with me. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I read all the reviews on this site and purchased the 3 burner Sahara BBQ, having seen it in a garden centre and thought how well made it looked. However I was wrong and it pains me greatly to write this review, but I do feel others need to know of our experience. When it arrived we used it a couple of times and were so pleased we ordered two lots of accessories (these took weeks to arrive sadly). I had friends for the bank holiday weekend and as the weather was glorious I planned a whole weekend of BBQ outdoor food on my new ‘outdoor cooker’. Day one I planned the Sahara recipe for Beer can chicken, which we followed to the letter. The recipe stated to heat BBQ, turn off middle heat and lower the outside ones which we did according to temperatures advised. It then said walk away and return after 45 minutes. I returned after 30 minutes to find the glass had exploded all over the food. Clearly the glass was faulty for some reason. I immediately sent pics through to the supplier (Stoves are Us) who were brilliant liaising with Sahara. I was hosting a BBQ party the following Saturday for my husband’s 70th birthday and the caterer needed to use this BBQ. It took from 28 May to June 20th for Sahara to send out a replacement lid, which dod not arrive by the party so I had to hire one in at considerable cost. Sahara did not appear to want the lid back to test why the glass exploded which concerned us too. So we had no BBQ for almost a month of summer, a ruined meal, a trip to the refuse centre to dispose of the old lid, time to fir a new lid and lots of emails to the supplier. I did push them for compensation and they offered an accessory (which we had already purchased if they had checked their records) but took as a second. Could I recommend Sahara, on this occasion sadly not.

We own two Sahara gas products a Table Top outdoor heater and a Provence Room Heater / both are fabulous products and the heat produced is brilliant - so reliable & economical to run……..
Recently the 2021Provence needed a replacement Pulseigniter - dealership directed us to Universal Innovations Kilcoole Co.Wicklow.
Superb Sales Support staff-both Paula & Mairead knew their products very well - & reassured us that the Provence Roomheater was still safe to use by lighting the pilot light manually.

*Paula noted that our 2021 model has two connecting wires and went out of her way to check current stock & arranged that the replacement had the two terminals.
The online bank transaction was very safe and Paula was able to post out the new Pulseigniter that same afternoon!

*Mairead became involved when July holidays here in N.I. caused a slight delay - she was very efficient & used their tracking system to highlight delivery status.

As a member of Drogheda men's shed co.louth I cook for our large membership. We are supported by FloGas who kindly supplied us with a Sahara x-series 4 burner which arrived today. I'm a retired maintenance technician and the assembly of this product is a piece of cake, fully unpacked and assembled in 90 minutes. Very high quality product. Looking forward to firing it up tomorrow.
