delivery and on line experience are both exellent

Have used sainsburys for many years excellant products now I have it delivered always on time and very friendly drivers can’t fault you

Delivery did not include the main item. Complaint to Sainsbury’s not easily dealt with.

I always find the stores clean and the staff smart and so helpful.
Sainsbury's own brand is value fir money. I love the nectar prices too. Especially on items I buy regularly. Very rarely do the stores fail to stock and item I buy. However, it does happen. Ut overall 10/10 from me.

I used to shop at all different supermarkets, and recently changed to Sainsburys. I shop both by going to the supermarket and on-line. The produce is always fresh, variety is good, delivery on time, I rarely have to send anything back for refund, diver always asks if everything is ok. Prices in my opinion are good, can access money off products through vouchers, offers, nector etc. Really pleased I changed, well done sainsburys.

Not the best seem to constantly send out short dated meats and fruit. And bread must be trying togetrid of old stock .... not very good seeing as your paying premium prices...

I see less of the foods I have been buying for the last few years being available. Talking to other customers confirms they are experiencing the same.

The checkout is completely annoying and also puts me off going to this local store. The metal contraption looks like what I have seen on tv when people are visiting a prison. The front of it has many scrapes in the paintwork as it restricts where we can put our bags and it is impossible to safely take our paid-for items without catching this front with our hands. I have had several cuts myself and only shop here in a necessity. Waitrose has taken over for me.

The store is clean well organised and with helpful friendly staff.

Entrance and exit over complicated. The recent changes have made shopping more difficult as no logic to items placement like there used to be.

I was trying online ordering and deliveries with a few supermarkets. I had 2 swaps on the order, but didn't cancel them waiting to see how similar they were. My breaded chicken gougons, which would have served 2, was replaced with a box of 4 large chicken breast fillets, which were twice the size. I separated them and put them in the freezer, didn't think it was a very good swap. Also I was disappointed to find that the delivery wasn't in plastic carriers, so I ended up trying to empty the items out of the delivery trays, fridge stuff into the fridge and the rest just onto the hall floor so the deliveryman could go with the trays. Other shops deliver in bags, which I save and give them back with the next delivery, made it much easier for me to unpack after the deliveryman had gone.

Always arrives at the alloted time. A couple of weeks ago I recievd a phone call saying to the driver was off sick and what time suited me. They gave me another timeslot and again arrived within that time period.

I love Sainsbury’s The delivery saver slots are a brilliant option It’s very seldom that the items are unavailable The substitutes are always better than what you ordered Delivery is always on time and the drivers are always helpful and friendly The quality of groceries are excellent The meal deals are great lots of choice and value for money There are always offers on and the nectar prices are brilliant especially this climate difficult times

Delivery drivers are always polite and helpful. Great range of products and I like collecting nectar points. Some good deals are available as well. The staff are very helpful if you require their help

I have shopped with Sainsbury for years, they are good value for money, you get discounts it’s comparing prices with Lidl etc and we not only get a reduction in price but we also save with Necter so cannot do better than that, and I get every thing I want and a lovely choice of Taste the Difference which is superb.

Delivery collection so easy, quality material definitely value for money arrived promptly

Unfortunate to have this as my local supermarket! Prices on the shelves not recognised at the till and a rather unhelpful, if not aggressive nature in one of the permanent staff members!

Everything I ordered was available. The delivery was on time, as it always is.

The quality of food and variety is very good. I only wish that there were no loyalty card system and just one fair price for all. Not everyone understands I.T. or has a mobile phone. Also I do not like sharing my email etc. Think loyalty cards should be stopped for all shoppers. Overall though happy with the store.

Nothing made my experience great. Going shopping is a chore not an experience. Cheaper to go to Tesco's now and get 8p off every litre, just spend £60.
I hate shopping but it needs to be done

It is very convenient shopping in the store. The staffs are very nice!
