Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Ordered in February, by March nothing had arrived, I chased and they responded to emails saying it was delayed they stopped responding.

Received an email a few weeks ago saying product on its way so I figured finally an end to this, but only one of the two items received. Emailed today to complain and request the second item as order is currently unfulfilled. To wait 3 months and only get half the order is insane and by far worst online purchased experience I have ever encountered.

Will give to end of this week to get a response otherwise will contact credit card to lodge as a fraudulent transaction. Would avoid as a terrible company and very shady in transactions and service. Would give 0 stars if possible

I haven’t received my order. It has been 2 months now. I want my necklaces or my money back. It is absurd, I also wrote via dm On Instagram and they asiel me for another address were they could ship but they don’t reed my massages anymore and don’t respond

Got a lovely pendant chain from them which hasn't rusted for a good while and looks great with any outfit.

My necklaces got lost during the shipment and they never reached my house. The French Post Service told me to ask Saint XII to file a complaint knowing I bout my items on January the 18th and we are today on May the 3rd. Sadly, they are only answering every few weeks on instagram telling me that they’ll help me but nothing has been done during the last three months and that’s why I think I’ll have to take them to court.

What a joke! I ordered a piece in February and then never informed me how long the pre-order would be. The real issue though is that the piece I ordered came into stock around the 7-9th May and I still have not received confirmation that my order is going to be delivered. I’ve been in contact numerous times on Instagram just to be told my order will be shipped by the ‘end of the week’ just for my item to never be shipped. The piece I ordered has been in stock for nearly a month and even after contact the company will not send my order

High quality chain provided that has not rusted and is reliable to be worn everywhere even in the shower. Look really good and is a good piece to have.

Well I was a bit worried about the length of time it would arrive, but it actually arrived before I expected it. It's a sweet piece of jewelry, however it looks bigger in size in the advertisement. Overall a good service/experience. Thank you.

It was late and didn’t have my order

Awesome pieces of jewellery. Wear mine all the time gym work etc no problems . Took a while for pre order piece to arrive but they kept me in the loop the whole time . Fantastic 👌

Unfortunately I wished I'd listened to the reviews, order not received, asked after 3 weeks was told they were waiting for delivery, 5weeks further on still nothing stopped responding to emails, AVOIIIIID

It's a scam. They don't deliver your items and ignore your emails.

Shipping times were fairly good but the stand out thing has to be the quality of the chain. I ordered an 8mm cuban and I haven’t stopped wearing it. I’ve worn it in steamy bathroom conditions as well and it has never faded.

Very high quality of jewelry, been wearing their necklace non stop, during the night, working out, swimming.. everything. And it still looks brand new! Very happy with my product.
