Never got my order
Never got my order. I received an email saying "your order arrived to your local post office", but when i went there, they said they didn't have it. And it's not like i could have went to the wrong one, because there's only one post office in my small town. And i also never got a refund.
Bad experience, 100% would NOT recommend.

Avoid and choose a brand you trust
Ordered 2 pieces on 30th March 2023, which have not been dispatched in spite of the website assuring same day dispatch. Emailed twice without response, no phone number to chase, order number confirmed via SHOP app but unable to follow up with them directly. Really disappointing to see that other people have found the same and the company consistently blames Royal Mail on being slow? Half the time it looks like Royal Mail wouldn’t have even received the item from Saint XII and they’re using this as a cover up.

Really good quality
Really good quality, strong chain with chunky clasp. Wore my chains on holiday, 2 weeks of sun cream, pool, sea and sand, colour hasn’t faded at all. Still look like new 8 months on.

Perfect Product
I bought two chains (3mm rope and 4mm cuban) and they are amazing. They arrived quickly, were packaged well, safely and in their own separate travel/storage pouches. I have had them for a long time now, during sunny days, rainy days and excessive sweating and they still look the same as the day they arrived. Great quality for a good price
