Simple

Fantastic and affordable

I’ve been using salary finance for years, gets you out of a sticky situation if you need some ready cash, it tells you what you shall be paying back and you only have to pay just over a pound for the service. I would highly recommend and have done to colleagues

Really helpful service

Loan not being approved

I applied for a Salary Finance loan in 2024 and qualified for up to £25,000. I borrowed £7,000 and repaid every instalment on time without any delays or missed payments.

After successfully completing the loan repayment this year, I was surprised to find that I now only qualify for £800. This is very discouraging, especially considering my good repayment history.

What is more frustrating is the lack of communication or explanation about why this happened. I am not the only person affected at least three of my friends experienced the same issue after repaying their loans properly.

Customers deserve clear information and transparency, especially after maintaining a good repayment record. I hope Salary Finance can improve communication and review how they assess returning customers.
