I sincerly hope you'd revise our judgement, because we cannot do any better than this.
Order was placed 2nd of may and shipped at the 3rd by dutch post to Belgium. Delivey did not succeed at the 4, 6 and 2 times at the 7th of may. So they came again 10 may.
Your remark below speaks for itself.
The problem is th at I ordered 700 x 23c and you delivered Size 23- 622. (See invoice below)

Ordered on a Thursday, delivered on Tuesday, wow what service!!!
I was a bit unsure about ordering from the Netherlands (shipping, euro exchange rate, language barrier etc), but no a very, very smooth transaction.
Credit cards accepted, no problem. Confirmation of order the next day, then tracking details the following day. Tracked very easily with the dutch postal service, Royal Mail could learn a lot from them.
Arrived well packed and in perfect condition on Tuesday. Spent half an hour setting it up, not a lot to do as most of the bike is assembled, just needed a set of pedals.
And why I came to Math Salden in the first place? It's got to be the price. I found the bike for me that I would have been happy with if it was in Stirling, but in Euros, well it's a no brainer.
I could well be back there for a few accessories.
