Nice communication, fast delivery, excellent product!

I ordered a Tacx training tyre, rim & tube. However, after fitting the tyre and tube the tube burst at around 5 bar. I subsequently bought a further two Schwalbe inner tubes and both burst the same way! I then went to Hans Struik in Amsterdam and the technician immediately told me what the problem was. No rim tape! How was I to know as it was not supplied with tyre, rim & tube set I bought from Salden nor was there any instruction/warning. This small omission has now cost me 30 Euro! Question is will Salden compensate me for this or does this mean that I will never shop with Salden ever again??

I live in London UK and i purchased two items from Math Salden recently. I have to say that the service I received from the shop has been 5 stars. They were really quick and helpful in getting back to me, the frame I ordered arrived within a week from purchase and a saddle came in the super speedy time of 3 days. The prices are the best you can find around! I am giving it 4 starts because although it was very well and securely packed from the shop the frame shipment arrived in a bad state. That's not the fault of the shop of course but maybe they should have a word with their delivery couriers and ask them to be more careful with handling. Anyway the frame arrived in one piece and I am a very happy customer!

My question was answered quickly. I was advised to right-size road shoe selection. Charts from here looking at myself, I would have chosen too small shoes.
Prices are competitive, although the selection could be wider.

I live in England and purchased a bike from Math Salden. The order was process within 24 hours and tracking information was provided to me. After almost a week, there was no progress and customer support contacted the courier (PostNL) for me, the bike arrived 7 working days after I placed the order.

They seem to have a great choice of products with a well functioning website backed up by efficient and passionate staff.

I would purchase from Salden again, however it is important to note that they impose a 3% surcharge for card payments and PayPal (on top of the fees you would pay).

Communication is poor, no reaction, warranty and service is unclear. There is a need to improve a lot.

Good quality custom-built Wilier GTR 100% Ultegra 6800, low price, fast delivery and excellent customer service!

Professional advice, good prices, sincerely recommended.
