We had the pleasure of meeting Ben recently when viewing and pursuing a flat in Canterbury. Ben was personable and credible and clearly knew the property and area extremely well. He was able to answer a wide range of questions on the spot and was also super responsive after the viewing regarding further more detailed questions. I would definitely hunt Ben down if we need an Estate Agent in the future :)

Used this letting agency in 2020 and they were so good, especially with COVID going on. Dean was a shining star and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. He was very prompt replying to emails and it was nice to have a letting agent that was so nice and always willing to fight our corner if necessary.
Hopefully everyone gets to meet Dean because he’s lovely and is great at his job, always going above and beyond.

From valuation through to completion of sale Ben the estate agent was knowledgeable, helpful, kept us informed and available for any questions.

Ben is highly experienced in his role within Sally’s team. He recently handled a sale for me. I was extremely impressed with his proactive and pleasant manner, particularly the way he liaised so well with everyone, giving us all regular updates and nurturing the process along. Sally really knows her stuff and is passionate about her business. I have run the Student Lettings Department at Caxtons in Canterbury for over 20 years and have known Sally all this time. I can honestly say that her conduct, integrity and professionalism are beyond reproach. I wouldn't ordinarily promote a rival business but if you were looking for an agent you can trust (other than Caxton of course), then look no further.

I cannot recommend Sally Hatcher's Estate enough, we have spent a fantastic 4 and half years as tenants.
If we ever had any questions or repairs they were always dealt with in a timely manner, we were able to live in the house comfortable and use it as a family home.
I can honestly say if Sally Hatcher's Estate was able to offer us another property that met our criteria we would not use any other company.

My boyfriend and I move into a lovely house with Sally Hatcher Estates. We had a very stressful experience relocating from one country to the next. Prior to finding this house we were let down very badly by a different Estate Agent, due to some red tape about a landlord reference. We are good tenants and have never missed a rent payment in our lives. Sally Hatcher respected this and gave us a very personable service- something that is really lacking in the Real Estate industry. Even after the tenancy had been finalised, they continued to be helpful in taking deliveries for us and allowing a second (more detailed) viewing. They are good people who totally understand the stress involved in moving and genuinely care about the tenants.
