Good selection of products & fast delivery All good

Excellent customer service & delivery, order arrived within 2 days, product I ordered was perfect.

Service was excellent after a problem with my order. I hasten to add a manufacturer problem not salon skincare! A short email explaining the issue was dealt with quickly and professionally and a replacement was dispatched and arrived the following day. If only all online retailers were so accommodating.

After my parcel went missing I received emails and calls with reassurance and updates.

I've shopped with Salong Skincare a few times. Nice range of products and competitive prices. What l also appreciate is the personal contact when it comes to issues with stock or delivery.

Happy to recommend and whilst my bank account won't thank me, I'll continue to be a regular customer!

Very helpful response to a lost delivery, a replacement was sent immediately and I was allowed to keep the original parcel when it also eventually arrived. Excellent customer services, would highly recommend this company.

I have been what I would describe as a good customer from SalonSkincare, for some time now - mainly from brands which I know and like, and have always appreciated the efficiency and speed with which my orders have arrived. The parcels are well packed, and I have never had a problem with anything until this week. I placed an order for something which I use regularly, and, as there was a discount offer on, I ordered 2. This was nearly 3 weeks ago, but the package did not arrive, I contacted the helpine by email, and received an apologetic reply. In the event, I received 2 packages on subsequent days, one of which was Salon Skincare's replacement for the "lost parcel". I contacted the helpline to tell them what had happened, and they have allowed me to keep the 2nd parcel as a gesture of goodwill. I find their
service to be very efficient, and it is reassuring to know that should any problems arise, they will be dealt with in a fair and honest manner. Both parcels arrived in the same good and efficient condition which I have come to expect from SalonSkincare. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is not sure whether or not to use them. I certainly will contine to use this company for any of my cosmetic/skincare needs.

Ordered 20th September money gone from account only recieved half the order, and that had wrong postcode on it returned to post office, have contacted no response 3.95 postage for only half an order, no idea when the rest will come don't use this company unless you want to spend ages chasing and paying for goods not sent out nearly a month later, think I need watchdog on the case

I rarely write reviews, but felt so incensed with this company's poor customer service! I attempted to order an item using a first order discount which didn't work, I contacted the company to find that they were no longer honouring the price on their website (Chanel now excluded from the current website offer apparently - and as a result of my communication!) Despite calls and emails and reluctant promise to honour the original price, this somehow went up by £4. (They don't have control over the retailer's recommended price apparently which is automatically changed on their website). Believe that if you will. Anyway, they could not or would not honour the price when my query was made. Such poor customer service! Do they not value customer recommendation/satisfaction?? Reading other reviews, I would guess not.

Order arrived as expected but on opening hair product had leaked over all of the contents due to lid being loose on a bottle of conditioner. Ruined all of the packaging and free gift so unable to give as a Christmas present as intended (approx £70 of products). No response from the company either via email or pm'ing on facebook. Would advise to avoid at all costs.

I ordered a 5 piece collection advertised on the site as including a 250ml body lotion. When it was received it contained only a 50ml not as pictured or written into the description. Tried to contact the company repeatedly but could only get an answering machine. A total rip off! Avoid this site, it's are not as described and customer service is non existent.

Todays date is 15-12-2015 and I ordered products from this company on 11-11-2015 that I'm still waiting for.When I emailed the company I was fobbed off with unclear delivery issues and possible problems with customs that might mean I won't have the items I ordered until January. That is a disgraceful way to run a bussiness. They have taken payment,of course, from my credit account but yet they are not accountable for the shoddy way they treat people.Well I intend going on every public forum,and social media platforms to warn people about this company. They are an absolute disgrace.

A once loyal customer who will now never purchase from this company again due to their poor level of customer service and lack of ownership for the delivery problems I encountered. I received very short and curt replies from a customer service agent who took no interest in trying to resolve my problem at all. This company needs to rethink its whole approach to customer service.

I ordered items and they did not arrive in the timeline. On emailing the company it appears that they had moved warehouses which has led to delays - something they did not feel able to tell the customer until prompted!
DPD delivery was not good. Although arriving in the time slot the courier rang the bell and walked away within 20 seconds. I managed to stop him before he got back in his van. The parcel was completely squashed which did affect the contents - if this had been for a gift then the items would not have been usable!!
I took a photo of the parcel and sent it to Salons Skincare with an email of complaint and absolutely NO response!! When you spend £89.50 you expect at least some level of customer service. I will not be using them again not matter what they sell! Obviously things can go wrong but the company don't seem able to keep their customers fully informed.

Great range of products and special offers - got some real bargains and also looking great too. So a win all round!

Having placed my third order I am impressed with the efficient way that orders are handled. Prices are very competitive. Being able to track an order is great as delivery time and date have been upheld so far.
