This company advertises a 24hr service. I rang them around 7pm with a blocked drain and flooded house. I was away and told them my wife was on her own. They said if I emailed them they would “make some calls.” They then ignored all repeat calls and emails. Basically left me stranded knowing my wife was in trouble. The common courtesy of a call or email to confirm they couldn’t help would have been fine. To simply ignore a customer says everything. Shocking.

Really good customer service - they answered my call, said when they could come - kept in touch with me when they knew they were running late and were very efficient and helpful on arrival - did a great job and solved our smelly problem!
