After going through the process and having to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances, I came back to Kieron months later, and he picked everything back up and we started again :) no problems, helpful from start to finish.

Kieran (and briefly Brad) have been fantastic at arranging a fairly complicated simultaneous mortgage and remortgage for us, with very little room for error. They ran a lot of figures and various scenarios for us free of charge before we were even guaranteed customers. They have kept us fully informed at every stage and provided peace of mind and assurance that everything is under control. Plus, they're both very cheery and pleasant to speak to which is never a bad thing! Would definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future if we ever require this service again.

Salus Mortgage solutions offer a friendly, professional and hardworking service which came well recommended by our estate agents, we did meet with other companies but decided to use Salus.
Kieran was an approachable and honest person, I found the meeting we had to be very productive and informative. He is very easy to deal with and was always happy to answer our questions at any stage through the process, resulting in reduced stress and jargon explained in a language mere mortals can understand.
We thought the charge for the services was extremely reasonable and competitive, especially for the level of services provided.
The office is located in Dereham and very easy to find, staff there are friendly, hospitable and helpful.
Based on our experience we will be using them in the future, and would definitely recommend them to anyone starting their journey or anyone looking to change their advisor.

Kieran has been amazing from start to finish. We booked to see Salus upon recommendation from a family member to see if we were eligible for a first time buyer mortgage. Which we were! We then began our house hunt and fell in love with one of the first houses we saw. Kieran was quick off the mark to arrange a mortgage in principle for us to use when making an offer. Even when we had problems further down the line with the property not being valued high enough by the original mortgage provider, Kieran pulled out the stops to find us an alternative mortgage provider who did a second and more successful valuation of the property. From first visiting Kieran in late December to now in the middle of May as we are about to complete on our first home, he has been nothing but very helpful in getting all of the boxes ticked and making the process of buying a property so much easier. Thank you Kieran at Salus! :) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property!

Kieran was really helpful with our mortgage application and got us £17,000 more than we had been offered by a mortgage company we initially got a quote from! All this and with a great rate we were very happy with. Made the whole process very simple and we couldn't be happier with the service!
