Final price was double what they originally quoted. It took 3 weeks and a direct call to get a response after sending my drive in for diagnostics. They also required a $200 non-refundable deposit just to look at the drive. They drew me away from the first company that inspected my drive with a much lower quoted price range but ended up being $400 more expensive.

The experience with Salvage Data was outstanding. I wasn't really sure whether all the data that was deleted in my thumb drive would be recovered! Alex assured me that they will try their best to recover everything that had been deleted. After several days I got a call from then and it was so pleasing when I heard that EVERYTHING had been recovered!

I couldn’t thank Salvage Data enough for what they did. First the turnaround was really FAST! Second the representative kept me updated all through the process and later sent me a message when my thumb drive was ready for collection. Third all my data was 100% recovered. What else could I possibly say more, nothing, but I recommend Salvage Data for any type of data recovery.

It was indeed very painful when my IT guy that I usually go to when I have problems with my gadgets told me that it’s going to need real data recovery experts to recover my 3TB lifetime worth photography work. I wasn't sure that this company could recovery data from my memory card but after4 days Alex called and informed me that the recovery was successful. I thought it was just a bluff, upon receiving my memory card and checking the data I was really impressed by how the did a clean and good job.
