Super easy to purchase and install within the hour. Longest part of the process was just waiting for the email with the license key to pop up, but after that it was incredibly easy to follow their instructions on how to download. Would buy from them again!

Problems resolved
Customer service was helpful in resolving the problems I was having downloading the purchased software from Microsoft. It may take a little time, but they were very helpful and pointed out to me how to navigate the somewhat confusing process that Microsoft has for downloading software.

This company sold me a discounted…
This company sold me a discounted Microsoft Word program. When it did not work I complained to Microsoft. Microsoft advised me they never sell a discounted program through a third party. This download fouled up my downloading a legit Word program. Never buy from this company.
