My Harddriuve was attacked a week ago and the harddrive had to be scrapped. At that Time I had also lost my Sameday SOftware Office. I inquired on the site if it was possible to re-send the software Ihas just purchased 3 months ago.... I was helped by a CSA nameb Jacob and he was able to help me thru getting set back up again and now my software is restored. He was pleasent to deal with and helped me thru the process. I am grateful.

Installation didn't go through at the first time. But costumer service immediately responded and resolved the issue. Great job!

So I had an issue with my product key, reached out to the team member jacob and he was able to run me through the process of getting my key to work. Quick response, within seconds, and it took about 5 minutes total to get my problem solved. Great service.

I purchase Office 2019 Pro just now but cannot activate with Microsoft. It said that the license key has already been used to the maximum allowed. After contacting Customer Service. they told me to use the phone call option. I did that and even though it took a little more work, it was successful. I subsequently purchased another copy of Office for my wife's PC and went through the same process after Microsoft refused to activate it online. This was very helpful and I didn't even have to contact Customer Service for the second time.

This was a great experience! I was concerned because the product I purchased was so much less expensive than if I had bought it from the Microsoft store so I was worried it was a scam. It didn't download immediately so I chatted with Jacob and he sent me a link and it downloaded and worked fine. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware, why spend more money than you need to, especially now with our economy the way it is.

Flawless purchase. It took 15 minutes from ordering to installation on laptop.

I was a little frustrated before I got on the phone because I was not able to get the problem fixed by myself - but Jacob was MORE THAN helpful. Provided remote support and insight to the actual issue itself. He also assisted to the point of providing a clean transition over to Microsoft Support who were able to get my software re-installed.

Everything is installed and working fine - I can say in all sincerity to him... thanks for the time and the support.

I found this site after looking at many. The price for Office 2019 was great. Ordering was easy. When I had a problem I started a chat, and they told me exactly what to do and the problem was solved immediately. I will remember this site!
