This company has a horrible customer service! I have used Samsara for over 3 years in all of my trucks. Samsara sent me a defective Dashcam when I first signed up for their service and for over 3 years they did nothing to correct the issue yet they were charging me for the service for over 3 years. When I've finally had enough I switched to a different company and asked Samsara to cancel my contract, but they refused! Please don't waste your time and money and go with the company that cares about their customers and not just the money.

Total night mare , cancelled all subscriptions and was confirmed to remove from all vehicles (which we done ) their agent didn't realise there was a single contract and now bill month after month! Useless email chat system have been asking for months for a call and senior manager to contact me ! Really helpful when originally sign up! But don't hold your breath after that ! Terrible

Samsara customer service is terrible. They have changed reps at least 3 times in the last 2 months.
They do not reply. no help with issues. they just re direct you to other people or phone numbers who eventually direct you back.

I've been trying to get in touch with Samsara for 2 weeks to inquire about their product, but they've been completely unresponsive. No phone calls returned or answered, no emails replied to, nothing.
As someone looking to invest in their product, I'm shocked and appalled by the lack of support. If customer service is this bad before you've even bought anything, I shudder to think what it'd be like after.

Great telematics company and first class on footage when required
My business is part of a wider group that uses the Samsara platform already. On boarded with Samsara in August with installs happening till end of November. The UI for the software side is intuitive, I like the ability to set up custom driver app profiles so different roles within the business can have a more tailored experience. The customisation of many aspects of the system is great. Ash has been my Samsara rep during the onboarding and install phase and has been a great help when needed
Very advanced and modern technology that has helped improved our transport department and widen our and our drivers knowledge
