My wig stopped tracking on 08/03/26 and reached out a few times about it. I had to even contact Amazon about the tracking. The first lady I spoke with did not have the best attitude or customer service as she nonchalantly responded that I have to wait on Amazon and then get a refund. I really wanted the wig instead of the refund. The 2nd lady I spoke with was understanding and kind. I know in the times we are living in, people are dealing with a lot so the first lady might not have known that her tone was sending a negative vibe. That is the only reason I gave a 3. I also purchased it because I had a birthday and wanted to treat myself. I want to reorder but I'm afraid of this happening again.
The response to my review insinuated that there was some dishonesty because I never said that. I just wanted my wig. After being refunded, I checked the tracking again and it said that it was being shipped back to the seller. I never cancelled the order or asked for a refund. I asked them to update me on the tracking. I started ordering from Sam's beauty after going through cancer and I never had issues like this. I just wanted my wig so there was never dishonesty on my end. But I did get not so great customer service on my first call in about the missing wig. The 2nd lady was great and I stand on my original review.

Ap and ordering process was easy and complication free. I did not have to wait weeks for my order. I got exactly what was advertised, my oder looked exactly like products advertised. I look fabulous in all my items, people stooped me on the streets to compliment my hair, every where I went and every time I wore each of my wigs.
