Great Experience
I had a wonderful experience at Sam's Furniture. The sales people were courteous and attentive but not pushy, and the furniture I bought was delivered on time, actually a couple of days early. The delivery men were polite and cleaned everything up before they left. I would recommend Sam's Furniture to my friends and will definitely shop here again the next time I need something.

Poor Customer Service
We had an amazing experience at the store front, but our bed broke almost immediately. Turns out it wasn’t assembled properly. We’ve gone back countless of times to get someone to fix it and they keep coming with the wrong part. Now we’re left with a broken bed. Poor customer service.

I loved everything about my Sam's …
I loved everything about my Sam's furniture experience. They have exceptional customer service, speedy delivery, an AWESOME warranty and a wide selection of furniture. I was trying to give it 4 1/2 but it wouldn't let me. The half is because the legs on my table keep falling apart.

Purchase April 2016 replaces September 2017
I bought a bed in April 2016 and here we are September and I have replaced it. After replacing the bed rails etc. The headboard spliced open. The customer service rep suggested that I PAY for replacement parts. I will never buy from sams again. When I went the sales lady said I was buying top of the libe Timbol. Not so much!
