Great experience. The people are always kind, attentive and best of all willing to work with you. I especially love how local and personal the place is. I use to shop at Conns but didn't appreciate how "corporate" everything felt - it lacked the personal touch. I will definitely continue to purchase my appliances from Sam's!

We shopped on line and stores for bed room suite. Found the great one at Sam's. Good price. Delivery options were such that we did not have to wait but a day or two. We really like the suite!

I like Sam's Furniture & Appliances ... you get in, pick what you want, pay for it, they helped me load it up on my truck and away I went, easy-peasy. They were a little short-handed one day, but hey that happens everywhere. Good furniture ! I will definitely return there ...

Me & my husband have been customers of Sam's for 5 yrs. We bought a nice looking couch & love seat and asked the salesman if it was REAL leather...of course he said yes. After we paid it off, a few months later the "leather" started rubbing off. This isn't real, it was vinyl!
When we get ready for another living room set, it won't be from Sam's. It was really nice at first...payed a good bit for it. Makes me sick!

I had some hard financial times a couple months ago and they understood and waited for my payment. I'm now back on track to finish my Lease to Own purchase. I surely will go back and purchase many more things. Thank you guys!

From start to finish it was a great experience! My sales associate was Donna. She was very helpful. I love the fact that Sam's now has a location off Hulen Bend in West Fort Worth. Very convenient for me. The guys that delivered my furniture were great too. Speedy and so nice! I would definitely recommend Sam's to anyone looking for a great deal on new furniture.
