My experience was fantastic. Love my new samsung watch connected easily to my phone. After contacting the company they told me how to connect to the apps (wasn't hard im just bas with technology). Over all experience has been fantastic

I am still using galaxy note20 ultra for 5years. It is still working well and strong. And I dropped the phone in the toilet two times, but after drying, still working well. I think Samsung have been maden good products.

Purchased my s10 and loved it ever since.
I'm due for an upgrade but to be honest I don't want to part ways with my trusty phone.
I look forward to the notification pop ups from samsung and enjoy all features and apps.
I think of samsung as a trusted brand for phones and tv..etc..

I’ve owned a bunch of Samsung flagships over the years (latest being the S23 Ultra) and they’ve mostly been drama-free. Always with impressive performance, camera, battery - no complaints.

I did have one hiccup with the S23 Ultra, but the repair was handled really well. Booking was easy, updates were clear, and the turnaround was quick. Got it back looking and working like new.

I have been using S25 Ultra since launch and so far so good. might as well be the best overall Android device of early 2025 launches. I bought it for cheap with student discounts and lot of other promotions. One thing I truly love about Samsung is they give generous student discounts and pre order offers. Thanks Samsung Education. I got s25 Ultra in 2025, I am impressed with the Ai and Samsung Apps in aspects of practicality and reliability. However, the new integrated anti glare coating on phone screen seems either lack experimentation proved or manufacturer did not apply coating properly. The coating worn off with even marks visible on screen as soon as finger prints and usage marks started to building up. Its simply phone screen doesn't have stain resistant on it anymore.
CS technician in head office Olympic park deemed this us not under warranty. There's no guideline to handle this new material technology Samsung used for the first time on this phone model.

I got Q930D soundbar, a fantastic product. No complaints except if they could havd released a smaller version sub earlier like what they reissued for the same model would be ideal.

I have samsung from more than 20 years and probably I'll never change this brand. But for some models they need to continue to upgrade the system, unfortunately they don't. Except for that I think samsung is the best .

I purchased Flip 7 and tab s10 fe recently. I have been using samsung phones and tabs over 10 years. Great devices. The only downside is the website experience. The website and samsung shop are not user friendly and can improve a lot.

I purchased a Samsung S10 plus a few years back,but had to change only because it does not upgrade firmware,I loved it because it had the headphone jack,it was a good phone,I now have the s24 plus,it's good with a 7 yr upgrade,but I miss the head jack.Please bring it back,nothing better than hard wired,beats wireless,I still have my S10 plus for my music😀👌
