Happy with everything Samsung

This review has been left as part of a promotion by Samsung. It was my first time buying a high end Samsung device. I was using mid-range samsung phones before, but they were all great as well.
Honestly speaking, I had the choice of picking Apple over Samsung, but I knew that S25 ultra would bring a lot to the table than I could ever find in an Apple phone. I don't regret a single moment of buying this phone. The AI on this phone is amazing. Everything's so smooth. I bought straight from samsung so I must let you all know that their customer service was great. They even gave me a 200$ discount coupon! I'm never going to Apple side. You should definitely atleast once in your life try high end samsung phone. You'll not regret it.

Samsung builds stuff to last without issues.

I chose to leave this review as I have owned multiple Samsung devices. LN52A650 52" tv which I bought new in 2008 and was still running perfectly and solidly in 2022!!!

Phones: Samsung S5, S7 and a Note 20 5g plus.

All of them have lasted many years without any issues in the software or hardware unless it was by my own hand.

When i shop for phones i still look at Samsung phones as they have extremely high quality cameras which i use for it phone photography. People often comment on my photography quality.

I also own a Samsung refrigerator/freezer of 18+ years also running very well.

Been a Samsung user for over 20 years now and will continue to be one. I have everything Samsung including all my house appliances. I've never had a bad experience with warranty repairs, here in Australia. The software on Samsung mobile phones is what keeps me here, one handed operation + for example, is an app that I cannot live without and you have endless customisability with good lock.

My Samsung S25 Ultra hasn't operated…

My Samsung S25 Ultra hasn't operated properly since day one. I've returned it twice to Samsung who claim it's within their operating parameters. However, the signal strength is not right. My partner and I use the same service provider and when she gets 4 bars of signal, I get one bar sitting beside her. Samsung are not interested in replacing it.

Product with backup and expertise.

Samsung as an organisation producing products and software and the support and care for these has, in my experience, done an exemplary job. Upgrades and backup for their products is very thorough and easily implemented, which is of great importance to purchasers of Samsung products, of whom I am a beneficiary, thank you Samsung!!!

Been eyeing off getting a new phone…

Been eyeing off getting a new phone from the Samsung website. And have also been looking at getting a new samsung watch, earphones and the new samsung ring. All of which seem to be the best price with good warranty.

I've only ever had Samsung's and I don't see me changing anytime soon! 😊
