Just to set the scene, I work for a technology company so we know what we're talking about. We needed a new face for the public on launching a brand new service (mobile app development) and we wanted an outside company do it (fresh ideas and all that).
To cut a long story short, we went with these guys, and we got on like a house on fire. Great work, solid solid ideas, really knew their stuff (we have internet guys here and even they were impressed). We'll be continuing to work with Samyoul in the future, solid team.
One of the worst design & development companies to work with. All work is outsourced and 99% of the time comes back non-functional.
The contact they provide is also awful. We went 3 months at a time without hearing anything back from them.. and this is after having put over £2000 down.
Timescales are also awful. A project that was agreed for 2 months completion took over 2 years and ended up just being scrapped as he was unable to complete it.
Wouldn't go near again. So many better/more professional agencies to work with out there that will do your project justice.
We've used these guys about 4 times now and we are never disappointed! The service is brilliant, and they really know their stuff. That's the best part for me, that they know what they are doing and take the lead in recommending to none-technical types like myself what would work. Their ideas are really clever.
The only down side I'd say about them is that their attention to detail sometimes means the projects take a little longer than first estimated. Which is not too big a deal for us, it's far outweighed by the end product.
