Very good experience overall. The team were professional, clear and reassuring throughout the process. Everything was well explained, including recovery and shedding phase expectations.

Since the procedure, they have been in constant contact to check on my healing and recovery, which has been very reassuring.

It’s still early days for final results of the transplant, but I’m happy with the service and care received.

I got everything I could have asked for and I can’t thank them enough for what thay have done I would recommend them to everyone thay are the best

Had a gastric sleeve in Jan 2026. From the start given all the information I needed. Great price/deal. The only thing I needed to arrange was my flights. Everything else done for me. Met at the airport to a hotel for first night, then taken from hotel to hospital. Everyone was great, it did feel a little rushed but thats just because of all the checks/tests they do in tbe morning before surgery. Was taken about 12 and spent 3 night in the hospital, nurses were great, very friendly and good English from everyone. Then taken back to hotel for last night, given all the meds I needed. Then taken back to the airport. Was so easy and zero issues/complications. Started aftercare and so far been great with all the information needed for my new life. Lost over 1.5st in the month since surgery and over 3 stone since started the journey. Would defo recommend.

Great experience before and after transplant from all at Sanamentum

From start to finish, my experience with Sanamentum was excellent. Before my transplant, I had consistent and reassuring communication from Efe, who answered every question and concern I had. He always responded promptly, which really helped ease any worries before travelling.

I had my DHI hair transplant on 18/02/2026. A translator was present throughout, helping me communicate clearly with Dr. Fırat about the hairline design I wanted and guiding me through each step of the process. I felt well cared for the entire time. The procedure took around five hours, with a comfortable break in the middle and a nice lunch provided.

After the operation, I was given shampoo, foam for the first two weeks, and medication to support my recovery. The package itself was great value, it included hotel accommodation with breakfast and all transfers, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free.

Because my stay in Turkey was short (2 nights, 3 days), I only travelled with a cabin suitcase and was worried about carrying liquids over 100ml. I was genuinely impressed that Sanamentum provided a letter stating that the shampoos and other products were prescribed by Dr. Fırat. This made airport security incredibly easy and removed a big concern for me.

Overall, I felt supported, informed, and well looked after at every stage. I’m very happy with my experience at Sanamentum.

What a great company sanamentum is from day 1 from the airport to the hotel excellent no waiting round and a same again from the hotel to the hospital they give you a time and they are there waiting for you emre the coordinator he is spot on with sorting all this out .and anil deniz the after what a guy you have any questions about your surgery he replies back straight away with the answers no matter what time it is he's always punctual with is aftercare photos which he keen to see how the progress is going on.Hi would highly recommend sanamentum

I chose Sanamentum after many quotes and enquiries with other companies because I felt they offered a level of service like no other. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with no implant.
From the very first interaction I was impressed with their care and knowledge.
I was very nervous about having surgery in a different country as im sure many, worries about "could this be a scam" "what if it all goes wrong" are but I had nothing to be nervous about.
The team keep you up to date with everything, who your chosen surgeon is (I researched mine separately once I knew who would be performing my surgery)
My coordinator Emre was amazing, so much knowledge and care before and throughout my time in Istanbul. He told me what was happening at every step of the way.
I was picked up from the airport and taken to The Volley hotel, the hotel itself was very nice, clean and well maintained, the staff were great and helpful. The food although a little pricey was well worth it. Breakfast was included and was lovely.
I arrived on a Sunday evening and was told to be ready at 6am to go to the hospital on Monday morning, I was met by a lovely young man names Akin. He spoke great English and was an incredible comfort to me in those moments of nervousness. I was taken for a chest xray and blood tests then taken to my room at the hospital where I very quickly met my surgeon prof. Dr Aydin Gozu and his surgery nurse Meral. Dr Aydin met me with a big smile and shook my hand before explaining what he was going to do, he marked my body freely with a marker pen, his expertise and steady hand very clear to see in his markings. Akin then came back to see me and collected payment before leaving me to relax before it was time to go.
I was taken to the OR around 11.30am and the next thing I knew it was 6.30pm and it was all over.
A few sleepy hours later I was given some soup which was delicious and by 2am a nurse came in and encouraged me to take a short walk around the ward, which I did with her help. The nurses dont speak a lot of English but enough to make sure they can answer basic questions.
After a few more hours of sleep and feeling much more like myself, my surgery nurse Meral came to check on me, she is a wonderful woman with a big smile and a hug, I felt I knew her for years. Akin came to check on me the next day and I got discharged from the hospital on the Wednesday after being cleared with many tests and checkups. I never felt rushed and would not be discharged unless they were 100% confident I was fit to leave. Akin came and took me to a pharmacy to get my prescribed medication which is not included in the price. (My medication cost around £60 but another lady's was £20 so it varies.) Then I went back to my hotel to check back in and relaxed in my room for the rest of the day. On Thursday I had the day to my self and took a short was to the local town centre for a coffee and a few snacks. On Friday, I was picked up to go see my surgeon for a check up. I was taken to a beautiful office and greeted with hugs and smiles from Dr Aydin and nurse Meral. I was given the all clear and my "fit to fly" i thought that would be the last I saw them but I had one last appointment on the Saturday to see them again, my surgeon checked me over himself and took some "after pictures" we said our goodbyes and had a picture together. Then I was taken back to the hotel.
On Sunday morning I was picked up and taken back to the airport and travelled home, confident and happy I've made the right decision. I will be returning to Istanbul to continue with my journey and I would definitely use Sanamentum again.

Totally professional and very efficient. I would recommend Sanamentum to everyone. I am more than happy with the results of my brachioplasty on both arms. Aftercare is also excellent.

The whole experience was amazing from consultant to Aftercare. All went smoothly no issues and iv since recommended to 2 people to have there haor transplant. All dr firats team were friendly and professional who really love there work. And emre my travel co ordinator and selin my aftercare specialist have been perfect

Everything went very well with my hair transplant procedure! after procedure they have an after care specialist that keeps up to date with recovery and gives you all information you need to make recovery easy if you are thinking about getting this procedure I would highly recommend Sanamentum!

I had to admit I was nervous heading over to Turkey for my procedure however my Coordinator Emre was amazing and really responsive and then I met my “on the ground” coordinator Ismail and then I knew all was okay. Reassuring, charismatic, put me at ease. He was honest about timings and what to expect and with good humour too. Definitely felt lucky having someone to support me like Sanamentum provides.

I was looked after from start to finish on my journey communicated very well , ahead of schedule with sanamentum I was collected from the airport and dropped off , the staff was very welcoming , I would definitely recommend, I had my teeth done with vsc Istanbul and the quality of work has made me very happy and gave me confidence with a happy smile , the staff there are very helpful and wouldn’t finish the journey until they was happy I had every faith in them for the end result , the co ordinator is very helpful and answer you straight away and now I’m assigned after care in the uk if I need it thank you for your service

From the very first message, Sanamentum made me feel supported, safe, and genuinely cared for. Traveling abroad for surgery can be daunting, but every single step was handled with such professionalism and kindness that all my worries disappeared.

The coordinators were absolutely incredible — always available, reassuring, and so patient. Everything from transfers to appointments was seamless, which allowed me to just focus on myself and my recovery.

From the initial inquiry, to the travel plans, to treatment day, all the way to the post operative care, it has been a perfect professional experience.
The staff, the facilities, the pre and post treatment coordinators were brilliant and professional throughout the entire experience .

At first, I was quite hesitant because it was my first time visiting this clinic. But after making up my mind following a friend's recommendation, I decided to give it a try, and surprisingly, I was very satisfied with the service before and after the procedure.
