At first, I was quite hesitant because it was my first time visiting this clinic. But after making up my mind following a friend's recommendation, I decided to give it a try, and surprisingly, I was very satisfied with the service before and after the procedure. Everyone was very attentive, and the customer service staff were very dedicated; they didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. Everything went so smoothly that I could hardly believe I had completed the surgery and was on my flight home.

Overall I’m pleased with the treatment and procedure with Sanamentum. Efe was great in communicating pick up times and arranging accommodation, which made the whole journey stress free.
The day of the procedure Ismail was extremely helpful, polite and friendly which helped put me at ease. The nurses and Dr Firat were also fantastic.

Just back from Istanbul after our operation 5 of us 4 polish and myself 1 irish we had quiet the experience. Although it goes as sanmentum when you get there its ozel class clinic under the sanamentum umbrella, I guess this is common in turkey and we were worried when we got there but I have to say we were put at ease by our translator ismail such a nice and pleasant fella .he was great fun and great energy . And we all liked him very much . If you book this clinic I would suggest asking for him specifically for sure . Now we are home 1 day and we all recieved our after care message from the aftercare team which was pretty impressive and quick. And gave us great guidance . 🙏. This is my second hair transplant and im already more positive than I was after the first one at a different clinic where they were very poor . And im not as inflamed as I was either so at the moment I am happy and my friends are happy too now we just wait for the hair to grow . Also the hotel was really nice .hotel rox . .thank you ismail for your hospitality and kindness . God bless my friend .

Professionalism from your chosen clinic do not choose sanamentum it’s a back street butchers it’s absolutely the worst place you could choose for any treatments your looking in getting done the drivers were dodgy the clinic is like a cattle market the staff look like they’ve just rolled out of bed without a wash the facilities were terrible the after care department are not interested once you’ve paid that money they cannot wait to see the back of you if you are reading this review pleas choose another clinic for your treatment you will thank me later.

Selin provided an excellent aftercare support following my hair transplant operation. She is always available to respond my questions clearly and timely manner. It gave me peace of mind that I can ask any question I have and get response about what to do, how to do it and what not to do etc.

Everything from pre op to aftercare was amazing. The surgeon Dr Gűl was brilliant, the nurses at the hospital and the aftercare staff were all outstanding

I was extremely hesitant to go abroad for surgery but it was the only option avaliable to me. I spoke to a couple companies and decided to go with Sanamentum. Everything seemed perfect, from all the information and details provided beforehand, including checking I could have the bypass with the surgeon as I am on a lot of medications, and arranging for my arrival. I couldn't have asked for better. Although, I was yet to realise that they weren't the company they portrayed themselves to be....

I went for my pre-op the day before surgery, I had to pay extra for that, which I wasn't told about from all the information I was given. My pre-op went well and no issues or concerns from it. Operation day arrived, was picked up, taken to hospital. The rep who attends to you was going through the paperwork and I noticed an error on the insurance documents.. it was dated for the date I decided to go ahead with Sanamentum and for that date only. Being concerned I brought this up and I was told, 'oh no that's fine, you're covered.' Last time I checked insurances they needed to have a valid date, so i got them to get it in a valid date before I continued. Not unacceptable, am in my rights to have considering it was supposed to be provided within the package. Then, I have the surgeon come in saying that he wanted to do the Sleeve. Umm no, I want and have paid for the Bypass and there's no medical reason why I couldn't have it and he agreed, knowing my medical information and medications. He would not allow me to go down to the operating room until I signed both consent forms, one for the Bypass and one for the Sleeve, and him saying he'd see which was easier. I made it very clear that I wanted the Bypass and that is what I paid for. The operating room, when first there, people everywhere pulling me this way and that. Being woken, disorientated I was strapped to the bed, arms, legs, again people everywhere, not great when trying to work out where I was. I was taken to the room, surgeon came up, said he fid the Sleeve. I wasnt happy at all. My partner joined me and the bed for him, was a pull out of a single chair and was horrid, he just slept across the sofa in the end. He wasnt even showed where to get a tea or coffee the whole time we were in the hospital. Infact he wasn't shown anything the whole time we were there. The hospital bathroom, nothing like the videos, it was the width of a small airing cupboard, which was a wet round. You couldn't shower in there was ridiculous. I also woke with 3 additional incisions on my chest, they removed my dermal piercings, well removed is being polite, they butchered them out of my chest, that they couldn't be put back in. I told them I had them and was told it wouldn't be q problem, but they butchered them out - nearly 2 years on and they still haven't healed properly.
The hotel was stunning and the staff were amazing. The transfer back to airport, we were waiting in reception, having to chase up where our transfer was. After many many messages, they finally sent a car to us. At the airport was a complete and utter rush. Being in pain from surgery and having mobility problems and walking with crutches it was somewhat of a mission to get to the gate on time after going through all the checkpoints.

Two weeks after being home I hadn't heard from anyone regarding aftercare or the nutritionist, so I messaged the rep who I had initial contact with and they told me they'd get on to it for me. Several days days later I had 1 text from each of them and nothing else. I never heard from the nutritionist again, and when my GP surgery was refusing to do my bloods, or assist with anything else in relation to my surgery for 2 years I messaged the aftercare rep again to tell him and ask what to do, he told me he'd get onto it and get back to me... Im still waiting now!! Sanamentum are rubbish, just money grabbers.

I have numerous emails back and forth to them, stating everything, including that I didn't even get the difference back in the payment made, as I paid for the Bypass but came away with the sleeve. Every email I have had back has had a different reason why the surgeon didn't do it. Now correct me if im wrong but if there was a reason for it, which there wasn't as I was told my pre-op was fine then the reasoning would be the same, it wouldn't keep changing in every response. They came up with B-S regarding what I paid. Apparently i didn't get aftercare because the employee had left their employment, so another words, everyone assigned to him was forgotten about, I never got a clear answer regarding the lack of assistance from the nutritionist.
I had sought legal advice from a Turkish Solicitor regarding everything that had happened, but especially due to not getting the surgery that I wanted. Unfortunately I didn't have the funds to proceed but they told me I had a valid claim. Sanamentum refused to refund me.

I was a bit hesitant at the start when searching up surgeons in turkey for gynocomastia surgery. I then came across Sanamentum and I definitely made the right decision. The communication from the start was excellent , Emre my patient travel coordinator was very helpful and answered every question/ doubt before and during my visit. The intinary was to the detail and it felt like I knew everything was sorted which was a nice feeling . I had a personal translator called Ismail he was fantastic helped me the moment I was in hospital during and post op check ups. I would highly recommend its 5 star service from the moment you make contact.

A brilliant careful dental surgeon and her team gave me my smile back and returned my life to confidence and happiness.

The interpreter was very good although he was very busy he managed to cope well.Think there should have been more in the theatre that could have been more fluent in English,Wasn't much of problem though .Apart from that it was a good experience to see the end results.

From the moment I contacted sanamentum the communication is so good questioned always answered quick. the moment I got to Istanbul everything just went so smooth I’m really happy with my results from breast augmentation the surgeon was lovely

So far so good. I got hair transplant. Why? I gave birth 11 years ago and my pregnancy was hard and during the 9 months the baby drained me nutritionally and that included my hair. I had been wanting to get my hair done for years and I finally did. There was a language barrier but I Ismil was there to help communicate between me and the staff. Overall a good experience. I just made back to the hotel from the procedure. I am tired. It was a 3 hour process. It was painful only because of anesthesiologist. To numb my head. After that it was smooth. Its been maybe 20 minutes. I can't wait to see the results.

All I have to say about this company is WOW!!!!
From the start of my decision to have a breast augmentation done there was plenty reassurance, clear guidance of what to do and what to expect with great prices.
To start, the pick up at the airport was all on time which went smoothly and the hotel was stunning with friendly staff always willing to assist.
The airline lost my luggage and whilst I was in hospital the hotel sorted that all out for me and managed to retrieve my bag and get it back to the hotel for me.
The hospital was absolutely beautiful with your own private ward and the most friendly nursing staff (even though their first language is not English - we made a plan to communicate when the translator was not there), medications were all given on time and pain management was brilliant, the surgeon and anaesthetist were thorough and do full examinations to ensure your health is in good shape to undergo the surgery with full explanations of what to expect and willing to answer 100 questions at any time.
The aftercare is just a text away for any questions you need answered and you always get a response.
Not at any point did I feel lost or not know what was happening.
Sanamentum you have done really well and I wish to congratulate your team you have - the drivers, translators, hosts, surgeons and camera man - they all deserve a huge praise.
And am so happy with my new look and self esteem boost 😁😊

So far so good everything has gone to plan for breast implants much easier than imagined from the surgery to the after care. still only 2 months post op so still a lot of changing in the next upcoming months but couldn’t be happier right now .

Emri my coordinator helped me find flights and sorted the accommodation at the Rox hotel and transfers.
Everything I was told for the travel itinerary happened like clock work!
Ismail my host and translator, greeted me in the hotel Lobby the following morning at 0730. I can honestly say he was an absolute joy and delight to have met!
So friendly and approachable with an air about him that made me feel at ease immediately.
Ismail explained things clearly and thoroughly and couldn't have helped me enough.
My surgeons and nurses were simply amazing yes there was a language barrier to start with but Ismail made sure this barrier was none existent.

First experience in Turkey hair transplants amazing service.
I did not needed to do nothing everything was arranged apart from booking the flight but was included in the package.
My translator ( İsmail Karadağ ) absolute gentleman. he came to my hotel and sorted everything out for me with the doctors no stress.
Just make sure you have your Wi-Fi or internet on so you can keep up to date with what's happening when you are at the hotel.
I was advised to shave my hair for a better outcome.
