Great stitching, very professional. Just need to have more items on stock, a lot of items run out of stock in a short period of time.

I loved the customer support of this company. My sister used to order from them so I placed my order of my daughter's dress for eid. I ordered in first weeks of April. Two weeks later I realized the delivery d date was about 26 of May that was so late. So on my sister's recommendation I wrote an email to their support and the support team contacted the brand and arranged an earlier delivery. Hopefully they will deliver today three weeks before the promised date. So I find the support very helpful and they articulate well and are very professional. Lovely experience.

It's easy to place an order. Secure payment portal. And the customer service is excellent.

Quick delivery came in just over a week to the UK, they kept me updated and reassured me that the suits would come before the event I'm wearing them to- and they did! Really well packaged and no defects on any items. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the experience but a suggestion for international regular customers there should be a discount in delivery.
Also when sending to canada extra tax charge has to be paid ,it will be great uf Sanaullah sorts it out.

Always been a great experience shopping from Sanaullah. Deliveries are almost always timely and great customer service. However, one thing that pulls me back is the high delivery charges.

My order was delayed for a week and I did not get any email if its shipped or not. Which is a disappointment.

I contacted customer service to cancel and get my refund. Hina (rep) she helped me finding my order. With her help it is shipped. She did a great job.

Aoa..it was great experience at sanaullah store . I bought one suit but when it came to me it was different in color than the picture . But a customer representative Shahzaib Ali Shaikh .. really helped me a lot to get my desire artical . Many thanks to him .and the polices of sanaullah store aswell .
