I have received the parcel, very beautiful suit, I will now order again suit of this collection

I have been telling you guys since morning that I want to cancel this order, but no one is responding to my WhatsApp calls and even emails and now in the evening you are sending me a message and saying that this order has to be confirmed. please cancel it I know it will be very bad way if I don't receive it please cancel it I Want another dress so plz cancle it or back my money to my wallet its really bad experience from you what kind of customer service is this

Very disappointed in Sanaullah store. I have been a loyal customer for three years.
My current order was due to be shipped by 4/2/24 I was reassured of this many times and also I was told I’d be sent pics of the stitched items. This still hasn’t been done. I have recommended them to so many people in person and online.

I am genuinely saddened and disappointed by my recent experience.
I have screenshots of my conversation with them on WhatsApp, they promised again the order will be shipped today, again no proof if this.

Just received my parcel a lawn suite from Afrozeh brand worth 5,300 which is the sale price the actual price was around 7k but the quality of the fabric is just pathetic especially the so called chiffon dupatta doesn't qualify as a chiffon dupatta by any definition the lawn quality is also very poor just like replica very bad experience no complaints from the sanaullah store but this brand is not worth a penny save ur money guys

Very low quality clothing, some is really good. They don't go by your measurements even though there's a form to provide them on. They respond to mistakes after weeks and try to keep ignoring you until you go away, must persist to get compensation for their mistakes. Had 10-13 suits they completely wrecked the stitching on, and then they say oh its what you asked for. Go to alkarim instead.

I ordered for the first time with so much hesitation as it was for wedding but my fear turned out to joy when my order was dispatched on exact mentioned date and I received it within 2 days. Sanaulla team updated me time to time progress of my order too.
Dresses are so beautiful, same as the model pic and quality of stitching is also very good.

My issue is resolved now . Sanaullha store give me back my all money on time in 3 to 4 working day .they reply me back and explain me what the reason of dealy my order they refund me my all money and give me 2500 credit too. They satisfy me next time they look after me . Thanks for reply and resolve the issue hope in future no problem come . I will again oder from this website soon . I’m happy now from this store . Thanks

very good service! i have tried other famous stores they disappointed me but i got original products and in time from them! i am going to order second time in coming week!

I have been ordering clothes from Sanaullah for years. Lately, I pay for items and I am told a few days after I paid that they are in available and I should accept store credit. It has happened 3 times in two months. Also the tailoring (which is way over priced) is not accurate to the size/measurements submitted. Communication is very slow and the team doesn’t have accurate information when they communicate. The whole process has gown terribly down in quality and customer service. Sanaullah has to work on quality control to retain customers.

Please please please I request everyone for not buying from these people. They are fake company. I spent too much $$$$$ for my suit a month ago...which I haven't even received till date. My money is stuck with them. I kept on requesting and trxting them to either send me the article or refund me. They kept assuring me that they will ship it soon but till date they did not even ship any. On asking they come up with lame excuses evertime for example..." this article is unavailable or they are waiting from their Vendor for the article...Bla Bla Bla....and when I tried to call them on thier number as soon as I mentioned my order number they hung up the call...and then didn't pick it again....and when I kept on ringing them they disconnected their line so that I couldn't call them again. I am so upset and disappointed on their dishonesty...I gave them so many chances to prove them right...but eventually they appeared to be dodgy and dishonest...they took my hard earned money...which they will have to pay somewhere for sure. Because I believe in Karma. But please i want to warn all of you for not wasting your hard earned money on these loosers. Bcz I understand how we work in overseas and earn the money. So plz plz plz plz be aware these people will take your money and be very prompt with you in the beginning for their messages and reply...but once they receive your money...then Boom...you forget about it....its gone already. Also their website and whatsapp service looks professional...but please dont fall for it...trust me they are fake...I am very sad about my experience with them and trusting them...but please you guys don't be their victim.

Don't waste your time by ordering dress from them. I ordered 2 dresses for an occasion, they sent me only one ( cancel the other order after 20 days without notifying me) then they didn't refund me on my account, they put money on their wallet. So I had to order another dress from them only,I had very less time left,so I paid for urgent stitching ( again paid for deliver,although I wasn't my fault that they cancel my previous order) and guess what, the order hasn't even completed on time. 2 days after the shipping date they said they have some issue ,stitching department will send me email. Neither they refund my money nor they send me the dress. And I couldn't wear the dress that I wanted to wear on my occasion, I had to find an alternative. Since I live abroad it's hard to get an alternative option I this limited time .

Order 2 dresses from them 1 month a ago to wear on my event on oct 15 , everything was done, shows on their website clothes in stitching process i still being emailing them message them for update on my order no reply and whenever reply came is yes we noted down ur concerns ur order will be delivered its in stitching for now .
But bang when its time for order delivery they messaging me sorry we don't have this article its being delayed ARE YOU SERIOUS 2 days left in my event and thats what they message me now like where u were all this time.
