terrible stitching and not premium embellishements !
absolutely awful stitching service !!! the outfit does not look professionaly stitched , i think i could do a better job my self ! there is not neatness , finishing on the outfit, it looks as if an amatuer tailor has stitched this outfit . the sizing what was supposed to be medium , it is medium in some areas and a small in others ! i paid for premium embellishments and they put on sparse beads on the outfit ! definitly not premium ! I have had to get the outfit fully re adjusted to my size and also have had to put more beading/tassels on the outfit! i would never order from this website again ! the worst experiance i can imagine.

Bad customer service: not worth your money
I have been their regular customer. I use their stitching service as well. I made an order in May that was to be delivered by June 30th. It didn't happen. I contacted customer service and they cancelled my order without any store credit or refund. Sarah Asghar and Mubashir Talib were the representatives. Infact they charged me extra $35 for shipping. For two weeks, everyday they say they are looking into it but didn't do anything. I filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Disappointed with their customer service. No more shopping with Sanaulla store. Any other business with their structure but a better customer service can easily run them down.

I first time ordered from this shop i placed an order 4th of June and paid extra to be shipped by 4 July. Both suits were custom made. After reading the reviews I was a bit worried. But everytime I emailed them for an update I would get a reply back within 24 hours . The outfits were posted on time and I received them exactly when I should have. Honestly I was amazed at the stitching and fitting. I'm so happy 😊 and definitely will be ordering again. Thank you so much

Very bad stiching and very expensive stiching.
They don't check clothes before sending overseas. You pay extra for accessories and they buy same design lace in different colours for more outfits. They say they will stitch the slip separately but it is always stitched together. They charge $40 aud for Stiching and yet donot check clothes, the management is basically useless. Tailors are managing themselves. Dont buy from them. Waste of money

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent order (624212) placed on June 9th. Upon receiving the order on June 19th, I found that it was incomplete and incorrect. The package contained only the pants and dupatta, with the dress and inner missing. Moreover, the pants were a size XL, whereas I ordered a size Small.
As a content creator, I am fortunate to have video proof of the unboxing, which I provided when I initially contacted you on June 19th. Given the urgency of needing the dress for a family wedding on July 1st, I requested an expedited reshipment of the correct items or a refund so I could purchase another dress elsewhere.
On June 20th, Iqra Rizvi responded, asking for photo proof, which I sent immediately. Despite my daily follow-ups, I did not receive any update until June 26th, when I was informed that the relevant department was working on the case. Since then, I have continued to email every two days but have been met with silence. Its now been 22 days and still no resolution.
Yesterday, Mr. Shehzaid replied, stating that a claim had been sent to DHL and that they were waiting for a response. I fail to see how DHL is relevant in this situation, as the issues pertain to the incorrect and incomplete items you sent, not a shipping mishap.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused me undue stress and additional expenses. I had to purchase another dress for over $200 to meet my needs for the wedding.
I request a full refund immediately. I urge you to address this issue promptly and improve your customer service to prevent such issues for future customers.
To potential buyers: Beware of purchasing from this company. My experience has shown that they have poor customer service and do not prioritize resolving customer issues. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Ensure you read all customer complaints thoroughly before considering any purchase.
To PayPal: Please reconsider allowing this company to use your platform. Their business practices are questionable, and their customer service is severely lacking. They have failed to resolve issues in a timely manner and have caused unnecessary stress and financial burden on their customers.

I have been a customer of Sanaullah for many years and have purchased so many outfits from them.
My most recent order has been a disaster. I placed my order in March 2024. It was supposed to have been delivered end of April. They informed me that due to Eid, things were delayed. I understood. I emailed them later in the month, asking about my order. They stopped responding to my emails. I reached out via Facebook, finally someone updated me, then they stopped updating me after couple of weeks. I emailed again, no response. By this time its June 2024 and I am tired of getting the runaround. I contacted PayPal because I used them to pay. I made a formal complaint with PayPal on June 8th. Sanaullah responded and tired to pressure me into dropping the case against the company, saying that if I didn't drop the case, they couldn't mail my order. I refused. They came back with "okay we will mail the order but drop the case once we provide you with the shipping info". They made the shipping label on the 12th of June with DHL but the tracking info still says its in Pakistan a week later. I think they created the label in order to convince me to drop the case against them. I had to escalate my case with PayPal.
Its very disappointing that this is how a company treats its customers, especially customers who have been royal to them for years.

Be Aware of these fraud & scammer. Order. I have placed two ordered one is Aik brand dress worth $230 for the special event.
But when I have received my 1st order i was shocked,It was completely different from the original one.They provided cheap embellishments & Accessorise, bottom material was cheaper and different from the original one. Very bad stitching and material they’ve completely changed the Design from the original dress. I was very disappointed to see the dress when I have paid for lot of money for that. So my 2nd order I have requested them to show me the picture before shipped. Then again same thing happened. Again cheap quality stitching & the dress doesn’t match with the original one. The dress look like Replica with different design and stitching.
And it’s been 8-9 weeks I have placed the order. I have keep sending message and request them cancel my order and refund full amount which I have paid for.
I have tried to call them
But they never answered. They just ignored my request.I am not sure will get my hard earned money or I just give my hard earned money to the fraud ppl. I am in super stressed and also my heart is broken about this experience. Pls be aware of their victims.
Don't use their stitching service
Don't use their stitching service! Gone massively wrong on measurements despite providing a form for the measurements. I'm sure they use trainee tailors. Also embellishments were missing. They had the audacity to offer 'credit' on my account like I'm going to buy again!
I bought 2 identical dresses size XS and S, however the orders were sent out separately. 1st dress was perfect couldn't fault it was made exactly like the model picture as I asked. I received the 2nd dress only this week considering shipment date was 27th March was suppose to be for Eid! Not only was there a DELAY but the dress was rushed considering I paid for so called 'premium embellishments' this dress was missing that and also mismatch lace was used, to make things worse dupatta border looked like it had been cut off! Sleeves stitched so tight look like a thin pipe! I don't get how 2 identical dresses can be stitched so differently!! This was for my 13yr old daughter! It's going to charity. I work full time. I can stitch myself thought I'll get it stitched to save myself time! Damn you Iqra you are no use couldn't come up with a dignified resolution! What am I suppose to do with your measly £6.50 credit to the WALLET on your website, are you guys stupid do you really think I'll be shopping with sanaulla!
Guys I have bought 'unstitched' from sanaulla many times never had any issues, this was my first stitched orders, unfortunately ordered days apart so poorly stitched the list is endless.
However I do buy from designers direct from Pakistan some do offer and they are really good perfect on measurements customer service is amazing. What I would say is do browse on sanaulla anything you like go direct to the designers or any other website.
I do wish I looked at sanaulla's reviews for stitching. Hey ho lesson learnt I'm just glad I didn't have a wedding.

I am extremely disappointed with their stitching. Just received my suits and I am not very happy as it is not as the description. Morganite suit should have 6 net from panels and 6 net back panels as stated on the description. But my suit only has 5 front panels and 5 back panels. It looks more like a cone dress than a maxi with flare and is too tight on the legs. The other maxi i ordered, was from Akbar Aslam “crystal” maxi . It doesn’t has any underslip. The maxi description has 5 yard Russian inner grip and nothing has been used.
What did I pay for ????!! I can’t believe this.. Extremely disappointing as I have paid a lot of money for the 2 maxis and both are ruined. How can someone wear a maxi without inner lining and how disgraceful of them to send me something like this …
Now that I have mentioned my concern no one wants to bother and reply me. I have asked for return and refund but no one cares. I am Extremely DISSATISFIED .. Sadly I placed another order before these maxis arrived. I have been asking them to cancel the second order since I don’t trust them anymore.
They just send something not stitched properly overseas to Australia and then don’t bother anymore.
I am questioning, IS THIS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS? You will definitely loose many more customers like this , I was going to recommend you to my friends in Australia but not anymore. I don’t want them to go through this time wasting process.

Did not sew according to the picture shown.....mentioned in the comment box to be sewn exactly. Turns out to be the other way round. Giving excuses....like not mentioned in the email so forth n so on. I want to ask them don't you follow according to the picture shown...then what's the point of every bit if charges. Package came in not in sanaulla packing but put in the delivery packing. What standard is this?
