If anyone is buying from Zarif Outlet then please be aware to give the company well in advance notice. It took them to ship the product 58 days , it states 25 days on there website.

They are fraud n scammers request everyone that dnt waste…

I will request everyone that dnt waste your money and time with this scam fraud ppI ordered elan suit and they took my money n order and after month they said that they cnt deliver it and they didn’t return money they will ask u to buy something else from them and they directly or indirectly involved in scam when I replaced order with them b4 delivery i received so many messages from unknown number asking to click on link so they can process my parcel but thanks god I didn’t came in their fraud and they suddenly stopped when i received my delivery so they are just looters and scamers dnt trust n waste money directly order from brand website its will save time n money

Order # 548363 was placed on 1st June to pre-book the Elan article. However, the brand cancel the restocking and we had to cancel all the Elan orders that we placed for pre-booking.

We canceled your order on 14th of June and added its complete amount to your Sanaulla wallet informing you about it via whatsapp. The amount was then used to place 2 new orders for Maria B and Sana Safinaz suits respectively which were processed and shipped within 3 to 4 days of order placement.

We thank you for sharing your complaints regarding the messages you recieved with the link, we would request you to please share their screenshots with us so we may investigate the matter further and make sure it does not repeat the next time you shop with us.

Once again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products and services. We value you as our customer, and we are determined to address this matter promptly.

Dishonest Business

Sanaulla Store sent us the wrong size. Our complaint was resolved by telling us to send it back and pay the return shipment. The store will then restitch to the right measurements; however, they will send the restitches ones back to us ONLY WHEN we order more clothes. This is known as blackmail. Their business practices are, I find, unreasonable, unjustifiable, deliberately deceitful, dishonest, and untrue. They are opportunist who want to make more money off you for their own mistakes. It is precisely this attitude that has landed Pakistan in the current political and economic situation. Most honourable business organizations abroad refuse to do business with and invest in Pakistani ventures. Shame on you SanaUllah.

Ordered a dress and provided custom…

Ordered a dress and provided custom measurements. After a week got this message which didn’t make any sense. It said the measurements you provided are inappropriate and cannot do with the fabric. No info on what measurement. The phone number doesn’t work. If you try the extension it disconnects.

Very good service

Very good service. They responded very quick to my queries. The quality of the dress is very nice and perfect. Delivery was done on the expected time. I am a very happy customer and from now on this website will be my first priority

I filed a PayPal dispute over late delivery and poor quality, items not as described. Got all my money back!

I ordered 7 outfits on March 30 2023 and the dispatch date indicated on the order confirmation was June 7th. When June 7th came, I didn't receive a shipping confirmation so I contacted Sanaulla and they said only 4 of 7 of my outfits had been stitched at that point! I told them I need them for a wedding on June 20th and they assured me I would receive them before that date. They ended up shipping my items on June 15 and the shipment arrived in Canada on June 20th, too late for us to wear them. Upon arrival, 3 of the 7 dresses had major issues. 1 floor length dress had attached lining that was 4.5 inches longer than the dress itself, and dragged on the floor. Another outfit that had a jacket style kameez was sewn with a back panel on the jacket with a width of 47 inches in a triangular shape. It was completely different than the website picture and looked awful! The third outfit which was an AIK Atelier outfit, arrived with a completely different lehenga than shown in the website pic. The lehnga in the pic was supposed to be a crinkle fabric. I received a cheap flat satin lengha. I contacted AiK Atelier directly with the photos of what I received from Sanaulla and they confirmed I was sent the wrong lehnga and that I should take it up with Sanaulla. So not only did they take 2.5 months to sew 7 outfits, they promised a delivery date they didn't keep, and 3 of the 7 outfits are defective or not as described. I emailed Sanaulla with the concerns and photos and they never responded. If I could add pictures here of what I received I would, and you would be shocked! I ended up filing a PayPal dispute with Sanaulla and was given a full refund of almost $900 CAD by PayPal as they decided in my favor. So if you have any issues, just file a PayPal dispute and provide all the pictures and communication with Sanaulla to PayPal. Update: Sanaulla never reached out to me at all after their response to my review below. Empty promises again!

Terrible customer support and dishonest ppl

I ordered dresses for my daughter, sister, niece and myself in the beginning of April. We had multiple events in June before Eid, where we were suppose to wear these dresses. Guess what dresses are still not here. Every day I receive email that one of my dress is not in stock and the remove and give me refund but I do loose money in this because of exchange rate. They charged me over $400 for the 2-3 international day shipping. It’s over month and I still don't have my package yet. Please AVOID purchasing from them. Order #533320. Finally received my order 90% dresses are destroyed. I ordered different sizes some were custom stitched. Sizes are wrong, stitching is bad, few dresses have disgusting stains on them. Took pictures and emailed them right a way, it’s been a week and no reply. Phone number on site doesn’t work either.

Sanaullah store is doing very well pertaining to my orders, delivery and stitching. I am very pleased that I have an easy avenue to purchase the latest designers clothes. This website is untrustworthy as after…

This website is untrustworthy as after months of waiting for my order it says that it is unavailable and it will only give me store credit, I pay such expensive shipping fees for this unbelievable this is absurd.

Sadly still waiting for an order I made…

Sadly still waiting for an order I made 7/4 this year ! A large order and I spent a lot, no information and my clothes haven’t arrived. No response from SanaUllah. Very disappointed and will have to order clothes from elsewhere. This was my first and last time using Sanaullah. You shouldn’t take people’s money and make promises if you cannot run a clothing business .

Pause kha gae

I had the misfortune ordering a ready to wear suit from Sanaullah for Eid ul Fitr. The order number is 529393. The transaction was done on March 24th with full amount plus delivery cost taken in CAD. The order hasn't arrived to date nor a straight response from Sanaulla's team

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

My order was placed on 31-03-2023 from UAE.
got a conformation mail that it will be shipped on 15-04-2023.today is 18-04-2023 its been 18 days , and till date there is no update from them. tried calling them, no reply. sent mail no reply. And when I track the shipment too there is nothing. the dress was supposed to be for eid.
i can understand the delay. but not updating the customer about it is so wrong.
also if you cannot pickup calls do not provide a phone number.
Right now i feel so stupid to have ordered with them because you pay money upfront.

Sanaulla store is a cheat and a fraud

This store is a cheat and a fraud. Buyer beware😡😡😡😡😡😡
I bought two suit pieces and placed an order for stitching- they told me that the material is not enough because I am a size 13! Never heard of a suit piece being cut so small.
They are also refusing to ship my order to my address in USA even though I have paid for the shipping.
Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received my outfit and I’m in awe at the beautiful stitching, I gave custom stitch measurements and the tailor stitched beyond expectations! Their staff service was also very nice and professional.
