The home They had my aunt Westwood House care home was a disgrace
Food lay rotten 15 days out of date

Please do not use this home or any others that belong to Sanctuary
They are horrible all they care about is money
The care staff at The Laurels in Spondon are great. Unfortunately, the Sanctuary administration falls well short. I waited 3 months for a refund of fees that was due and had to chase it up 3 times. When I raised a formal complaint it was ignored and I'm still waiting for a response
Totally heartless, my loved one isn't even buried yet and I've had a heartless demand invoice, no condolences, no "we're sorry for your loss", just a pay this now. It's just unnecessary and upsetting at this time, there's just no need.
