Took a while but happy with it

It took a while to arrive due to customs delay. I was excited to receive it as I had seen many ads. 4 stars only because the background up close is blurry, but at small distance it is fine. Customer service was prompt each time I reached out. My family watched it trickle over and over it was satisfying. Happy with purchase.

14 day warranty on faulty goods, they don’t reply until after 14 days though.

These guys have a very bad report on ‘scam’ reviews. If your unit is delivered faulty they will typically not respond for more than 14 days after which time your warranty expires. Yes that’s correct, you only have a 14 day warranty on a very expensive product. Also very hard to navigate the site for returns and there are no contact phone numbers, a bad sign from the offset. Learn from me please, these are bad people here and very unreliable.

Delivery is 100% insured in case your product gets damaged on the way, so if that was the case you will receive a new one free of charge or a refund, to your preference.

So far I am still waiting for my…

So far I am still waiting for my package after ordering approximately 6 weeks ago. I cannot get any information on where my package is or when it will arrive. I ordered express shipment to hopefully speed up the shipping yet it still is just sitting somewhere or lost. They were Christmas presents for my children and now I never know when they will arrive. They're website shows beautiful pieces that my children wanted and I cannot get them or even my order resent knowing I am frustrated with this while process. They need to figure out a better system.

Just be Patient

Shipping took awhile, but because it is coming from far away. I even freaked out b/c it was taking so long, but it was explained to me of the time frame, so I tried to be patient.
Received it, in perfect condition. It's beautiful and I cannot wait to display it.

I ordered in early November in hopes…

I ordered in early November in hopes for a Christmas present for my son. After a few weeks my order was in a standstill. I contacted Megan to let her know something doesn't seem right with my order and she shrugged it off as no big deal again and again. Well it is January 19th and still nothing after 2 months. I have requested my money back and for someone to call me several times and her response is "we do not offer phone support". Thinking this company is a scam. Also had no idea this is coming from Hong Kong and judging by some of the reviews the quality is just not going to be worth it. Horrible experience all around.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful! It took a long time getting here but was well worth the wait. I ordered the Original Sandelier as gift to a family member however the entire family is enjoying it. And enjoying it so much, I've already ordered another one for my best friend. A second family member has put in their request for their favorite color and I'll be ordering that one soon too. Well worth the money and hours of enjoyment!

I had gotten my mother and mother in…

I had gotten my mother and mother in law one each for Christmas, the smallest and one one size bigger. My only regret is not getting myself one, and a gigantic one at that. When the time comes and I have the money to do so, I most certainly will, they're absolutely beautiful.

Pretty, well made.

It is pretty and I feel well made. The only reason it's not 5 star is because:
1. I didn't realize how SMALL it would be (my fault)
The wall one looks so beefy in the demo the small one is well....smaller than a piece of 8.5x11 paper.
2. The colors of the sand are not at all what I expected. I wanted more of a brown/tan and this is orange/rust. Too bad.
However - that said - I do feel it is quite pretty and I so sincerely like it.

I ordered Sandelier for myself before…

I ordered Sandelier for myself before Christmas. I like watching the “snowflake” patterns (no 2 alike). My kids liked it so much that I ordered each of them one in their color preference. It’s nice that you have different color options to suit more people.
My only suggestion would be to include the proper gauge syringe to adjust the balance of air vs fluid contained within.
Other then that I was pleased with the quality & the fact that it arrived as described.

Uniquely Beautiful Product

I really love this product. I loved it so much that I bought a second one. The customer service was responsive and the product itself is entrancing. It’s so much fun to turn it during the day and to see the unique beauty every time. My one criticism is that I wished that Sandelier used someone other than the USPS to ship their products. As a customer, I would like the option to expedite my shipment or use a more reliable carrier. Sadly, the delayed shipping reflects badly on Sandelier which is unfortunate given how well their product is packaged and how truly unique it is. If it weren’t for the shipping, I would give them a 5-star rating.

Not great.

Package arrived in time for Christmas which was great. Item was in tact but unfortunately straight out of the box it doesn't work as it should, with it having too much air in it - sand gets stuck and doesn't fall as it should. Now I have to chase down a needle and injector from God knows where, to fix something that was defective out of the box! Not happy. Also the base is super light and not at all appropriate for the weight of the round picture that sits in it... Easily tipping over if knocked. Would probably give 2.5 if allowed.

The air and/or water level can be altered during transit which is not unusual. It does not however make your art piece defective in any way, as maintenance is part of the journey.
Unfortunately the injector cannot be included in the package for safety and legal reasons, but you can buy one online or in any medical supply store in your area.

I purchased 2 of these for Christmas…

I purchased 2 of these for Christmas gifts. Neither work as they should or as advertised in the videos. The sand trickles down like mud and the wall mount type is not balanced so it drags the wall and causes damage. The company refuses to refund the purchase because it has been longer then 72 hours since the order

Shipping Label Created, No Tracking Updates

This is an update of my prior 2 star review where I expressed doubt as to the legitimacy of this site. I received my wall mount rotating sandscape today, this site is legitimate. Shipping times are a bit longer than stated and you will get a tracking number that won't update for a week or more just saying label created. I did not update the prior title in an attempt to show it is the same review by a real person since there are so many fake reviews out there these days.

Your order has been shipped on December 16th and is currently in transit overseas.
Orders are shipped with our international carrier and are then being handed over to USPS for the final step of delivery, when the parcel has entered your country. Thus, USPS only updates the tracking informations a couple of days before delivery. You will then be able to track your order on the link you have been provided with.
Delivery times are usually around 7-14 business days. However, you might experience a little delay depending on the covid situation of your area.
