Amazing experience at Sandown Newbury
My experience at Sandown Newbury was amazing from start to finish. Maya helped answer all my worries and did multiple quotes for me to make sure the decision I made was the best for my family and I. We purchased the Chery Tiggo7 Summit and couldn’t be happier with the car! The atmosphere in the showroom is warm and all the family felt like we were welcome there.
The whole team at Sandown are approachable, friendly and at the end of the phone for any after sales questions too. Maya, Andy and Bradley and all the team helped me so much and it is really appreciated.

I received a very poor customer service…
I received a very poor customer service and care. Some of the salespeople were only interested in selling cars than meeting customer experience and customer satisfaction. The Information relating to a smooth transaction process were not accurate and are lacking , not sure if it was intentional.
